i don't think we should be laughing at Morton's plight. They were always as big a club as us but obviously need a change of direction.

Some may disagree with that proposition.

That's right and allegedly when it became apparent that Falkirk (on balance of probabilities) had been conned by Mr. McKinnon and his agent, one panel member was still determined to hang the club out to dry. The appeal may prove interesting.

I'm afraid I've said all I was told - no names were mentioned - just that the tribunal maybe didn't act properly.

Apparently there might have been an attempt to influence other panel members. If there's doubt about impartiality I think the club is right to appeal. I'm not saying our lot behaved perfectly. but how would you feel if someone received the death penalty on the balance of probability'.

Nothing is certain except death. Apparently there's still more stuff to come to the surface regarding a certain panel member.
