I think we played him in the number 10 role. He's pretty lightweight as I remember and although has a bit of pace he didn't have end product.
To be honest you gave us Leitch and we've given you Seb. Probably about that same standard
If hes the same standard as Leitch were f***ed

Good to see a signing which almost definitely has strong input from Sheerin

The opportunity to moan about the football will come soon enough.
Cant disagree with that mate

What can be done though? Highlighting their constant wrongdoings is one and not buying a season ticket another.
I totally agree with the majority said about the board. When you read them every day it tends to become tedious. To be fair it makes you enjoy the actual football chat more.

What’s Colin’s position on the board?
That’s an absolute joke of a reply if he thinks those reasons are in any way credible.
Not sure if that ground hog day is aimed at people like myself but hopefully the ground hog day remark is with regards to the board. They really can’t help themselves!Probably towards the people who regurgitate the same things every single day without actually doing anything about it.

Cant wait for this to be picked apart by some on here to find any little fault

Thought we had a player after the goal at Arbroath. Far too lightweight and struggled to beat his man, think he’ll become a decent wee player eventually.

Not really got a bad word to say about him just never fit. Shocked hes pulled that move off. Good luck to him.

I can get people who are maybe thinking “I suppose he’ll do if he’s there for back up”,but for people to say it’s a great signing is madness^

The problem with that is the potential that, five minutes into the opening game of the season, your first choice does ligaments or breaks his leg, and we're sentenced to another season of Ben Bombscare Hall. I wouldn't have kept him at all, in any capacity A truly abysmal footballer, appalling positional sense and soft as shite. If it was a straight choice between him and Durnan, I'd probably have gone with the latter. He was terrible in an shite Partick side, barely got a look-in, should never have been signed in the first place. Dumb and Dumber then gave him another year based on nothing and incredibly went into last season with him and Durnan as our only two recognised centre halves, the perfect encapsulation of their cluelessness. He's had another terrible season yet here we are again, stealing a wage for another year. I don't mind the look of some of the signings made to date, but that central defence needs some serious upgrade. I hope we sign at least one proper central defender and play him with Dixon, fitness permitting. If Holt cannot source a few centre halves better than dugmeat like Hall, we're wasting our time. I presume Sheerin hasn't watched any videos from last season, because if he had, there's no way surely he'd have been happy to keep this diddy around. Massive mistake.
Ok with Telfer though.
Can agree with some of that. If he is used as a backup and if he does play is surrounded by capable players unlike last season where the midfield cover came from a 35 year old Mo Gomis, a hopeless Alston and a s****bag of a captain in Gary Miller then I can accept a 1 year deal. He’s also not worse than Durnan in every possible way.

As long as he's kept as a backup and nothing more its fine, especially on a 1 year deal

Callum Ferrie has been released by Dundee i think he would be a good addition to challange Mutch
Definitely need a keeper who can challenge him instead of being an emergency backup.

Not particularly happy with that one. Telfer and Connolly were bigger losses to Morton than him and they’ve both been in our team that has failed to win promotion two years in a row.
Connolly has never played for Morton

As shite as he was I never actually minded Harrison that much always felt he was trying his best he just should never have been signed for that level. Typical English lower league jobber slow as f**k, can’t pass the ball but would header bricks all day long.
He’s better than both Hall and Durnan imo.Wouldn’t be hard mind you

Some game that. We were absolute dugmeat for the entirety, had that big fanny Fasan in goals and had about 3 attempts at goal all game and won 3-2.
Btw we had a midfield 3 that day of Ruben Sammut, Aaron Muirhead and Paul Paton. Genuinely unsure if there’s a worse midfield combination to have taken to the field in a professional game. That’s absolutely minging.Scott Harrison scoring the winner aswell. Possibly the slowest player I’ve ever seen. Technically dreadful aswell, much like every signing from that summer.

That's exactly what he says in the interview. Listen to it yourself.
Still certainly not what he meant

Did he actually say that? Jesus H, that's the sort of thing a club that's just been promoted would say.
I presume the quote is out of context, and he actually meant "compete for the title".
Definitely out of context.

I’d be stunned if we somehow got McManus back. Surely if he was leaving they wouldn’t have had him model their new home kit?

With regards to the proposed buy in the ITK info is all of a similar content and not random speculation.
The lad who told me what is happening is genuinely very much involved and not a spinner of fairy tales.
Really not looking good.
Fair enough. Wasn’t claiming any info was false, simply just never seen this many before. Very worrying indeed the information thats been spread so far.

I think you will find they are all legit !!! No one is goiung to admit their sources on here.... but they may want to make the concerns public.
Bottom line is that you can accept it or not.
Never said they weren’t. Just appears they’ve came all at once.

Never seen so many ITK posts. Interesting to see how many are legit.

Durnan has played a few very good performances mind you whilst I can't really think of any games where hall has played really well.
Mark Durnan never had any very good performances for us. The best he managed for us was a few passable games where he done the basics against dire opposition.

FWIW, if Holt has actively tried to keep Hall instead of Durnan, I’m finished with next season before it’s even started. Durnan is twice the defender Hall is, and he’s absolutely rotten.
Cannot agree in the slightest. Both dreadful but Durnan is absolutely worse than Ben Hall.
