Lads, obviously a horror show of a season for you. The worst in living memory probably. For you, what was the single worst game/performance this season?

With the 6-0 disgrace aside. There is maybe 1 defeat we’ve had all season that we could walk out of saying we possibly deserved something from (1-0 loss to Queens at TFS) which is quite frankly disgusting, the rest we were absolutely diabolical in, including some of our wins.

Was clearly sarcastic applause for the latest in a long, long line of absolute defensive clusterfucks this season.

obviously but sums up how scunnered the fans are when we've stopped actually booing other teams goals and turned to sarcastic cheering.

Interesting how people have such differing opinions on players. Every time I've seen McGuffie, I've thought he's looked lightweight/powerduff as f**k, and I'd get rid. The manager coming in has decisions to make, for sure.

He’s probably the only player thats improved as the seasons went on. Unwatchable the first few months but there’s been a few games where he’s been our only good player and then gets subbed, Rennie seems to have a fetish for subbing the players who are actually doing not pish.

I would be even more shocked if the treatment he got from the Deans Board, Sheerin and Holt were even a minor consideration in which club he decides to commit his future to. I think Dowds can differentiate the past from the present.

Wasn’t treated particularly well by the fans either. Only brought back with wide open arms to the club because of how well he done at Arbroath under the tutelage of a real manager. Would highly doubt he’d have wanted back here in a hurry.

A lot of the talk at the legends event last night was that the board haven't lined up a replacement yet as the preferred candidate is still involved in promotion play-offs.

That would suggest Murray or Petrie which I'd take over any of the other names mentioned. For me Petrie is the better manager but Murray has experience working the FT/PT hybrid model if we go down that route.

Nothing else wildly exciting to report, a new contract for Dowds is being given priority but with Rennie away will apparently be more difficult

Given the age of the pitch and our injury record over the last 18 months it may fail it's annual inspection which would give us a year to replace it, with hybrid grass (eg Murrayfield, Tynecastle) being favoured.

I’d be absolutely shocked if we get Dowds to commit to us with the way he was treated by the previous board/manager. Would love to see it though as he’s our best player.

McKinnon I hate with a passion but his recruitment was decent and M&M got the benefit of that at the start.

The starting 11 previously posted v Ross County should have been nowhere near the bottom end/relegated.

We are now in a bigger hole since then now tho

It’s actually frightening that McKinnons League 1 recruitment is the best we’ve had in the 3 seasons we’ve been in the league.

Na not for me, I think the potential of signing Goodwillie was outwith a normal footballing call. It was a morality issue and the fans had to get their say across on that. We can't be having polls for everything. It's a board decision. They are the ones having conversations with Rennie, identifying who could replace him if he is emptied etc etc.

I am absolutely on board with a poll on whether we should scout the juniors, and also a vote on who is on the front post at corners.

It would be morally wrong to continue our suffering by keeping Rennie in charge but away from that you’re probably not far wrong.

As far as Rennie goes I concede it is not happening. He has stopped us getting relegated that’s it. IMO Sheerin would have had us fighting it out with Dumbarton and EF. That was where we were heading had he not been sacked. These players need to take a long hard look in the mirror.

I believe we would have been in the same position regardless if it was Sheerin or Rennie. Sheerin was still getting results against the worst sides in the division as is Rennie. Rennie has had maybe one significant result, the win away to a downbeat Alloa, apart from that? Almost identical to Sheerin, if not worse.

Emotions running a bit high, but this is shaping up as the worst Falkirk team in over 40 years. I just cannot understand why we are so disorganised. It’s absolutely terrible.

If this stays as is, then Sheerin’s stats are starting to blow MR’s out of the water. I just fail to see any meaningful coaching impact since the 3-2 defeat to Airdrie. There is precious little to hang onto that says it’ll all be better next season. It’s one helluva leap of faith to go with this unless there’s something most of us don’t know.

if thats the case then we need to know that something because if were going off the evidence presented on the football pitch there is no reason whatsoever he should be kept on.
