Went to check it out now and realised that not only is Neil Delamere still somehow on it, James Haskell seems to be on it now. Did not subscribe

Couldn't have put it better myself. It's also implied by these daft arguments as well that all clubs have identical financial profiles when in reality they have differing borrowing thresholds, investor support, sellable assets, cash reserves etc. And of course those clubs that have spent money have also cleared a lot off their wage bill.

In all seriousness, if we're talking about groups on here I'd say there's three: Folk who are pretty sound and use this place to have a laugh and occasionally have a serious discussion about something. Can make an arse of themselves occasionally but have the good grace to admit it and move on. Easy going essentially Folk who are largely similar to above but have no problem going in two footed on folk for comments that are beyond the pail, especially in terms of racism etc. Can get involved in vendettas a bit too easily and some don't like their patter Folk who get really upset about their posts being critised/people using the rep system and spend the majority of their time on the site getting upset. Groups 1&2 are the folk I'd want to speak to

I'm not convinced theres a generational divide. I just think theres folk who come on to post honestly and theres folk who come on to wind folk up. Theres bound to be older folk that come on here and fanny about too. Plenty of folk have revealed themselves to be quite young that have surprised me. Genuine Hibs Fan being one since he posted above. Sure he said hes only 26. I'd have had him older. Not sure how to take this one tbh

Are we really doing "so and so was bullied off the forum" again? The boy was throwing paddies left right and centre, getting into dotting wars with folk and coming up with lengthy scenarios in his own head about posters punctuated with photos implying they were bootlickers. He was acting a tit and obviously realised that himself, presumably because he spent his whole "beach holiday" picking up his phone, getting in a rage, typing out a lengthy response and throwing it into the sand.

Aberdeen thinking and acting like they're a big club is one of my favourite reasons for seeing them constantly fail to reach their expectations and enhance all glee when we dish out our routine skelping to them. Cool, thanks pal. I'm essentially trying to work out if he'd be competing with Allan/Mallan for that playmaker/number 10 role which it sounds like he would. Might give a hint about some of the rumours re Allan the last few days as we need a box to box player a lot more if Allan is gonna keep playing

What sort of midfielder is Magennis exactly? Seems to be a bit of a blindspot for me as I've seen him often enough but while I remember him being impressive I can't remember what sort of role he plays

Quiet in here recently so perfect time to ask for folks' favourite Hibs players of their lifetime. I've been attending since about 99 so a lot of great players in there. Riordan, Brown and Beuzelin were my favourites when I first started to actively enjoy going, ashamed to say I was a bit young to appreciate how good Latapy, Sauzee etc were when they were at Hibs. I'm gonna go with a pretty vanilla choice in John McGinn. Probably the best all round midfielder we've had in at least the last decade, built a great relationship with the club and fans, and a cup winner. Hard to beat
