  1. Well, that was quite a long winded retort. Callum Gallagher, good player, all round nice guy and deserving of hall of fame recognition. I've been around much longer than the 22 years on this talking shop, and have witnessed some excellent strikers playing in the diamond and have my own ideas of each ones contribution to the history of the club.
  2. Not a criticism, just an observation. And if you look closely at the picture, you will see Stevie Cooper bearing down on the Celtic goal, in the 1995 Scottish Cup Final.
  3. You must be quite young1 Good player, but nowhere near the best striker we have had.
  4. Premier play-offs are biased towards the premier league team, as they only have to play one tie, where as 3rd and 4th in the championship play three ties, 2nd in the championship play two ties and the premier team only have to play the eventual winners of the aforementioned ties.
  5. Venom by name and nature. The subject of the post was Scott Brown, do try and pay attention!
  6. Must have been designed by Barr. The stand is facing the pitch.
  7. Number of reds is irrelevant, his style of play was. We don't tend to play well against hammer throwers, like Ayr and Morton.
  8. I mentioned the keeper in an earlier post, I would like him to be a success, but their is a reason that he doesn't have a club at this time of the season and he won't have any serious match practice, which might explain his positioning and decisions' I also like Watson as a player, but as has been mentioned, he has a mistake in him and has cost us goals at crucial times in the last two games. It was pretty obvious that Ayr would come out for the second half, fired up and we should have been prepared for the onslaught.
  9. Disagree on the keeper, the only reason he didn't concede, was down to the defenders protecting him, he was poor with cross balls and didn't fill me with confidence, so I won't be signing any petitions to keep him.
  10. Enjoyed the game yesterday and obviously the result, re-watched the whole game, in Welsh Gaelic although the match commentary was in English, and the guys gave a very balanced view of the game. TNS started the game better than we did, with a lot of pace down the wings, and after they scored, it seemed like they would push on and they scorned a few chances, but we responded well and should have put the game to bed before half time. Second half was nip and tuck, but over the piece I thought that we shaded it. Todorov was my man of the match, due to his overall performance, giving their defense a torrid time, good hold up play and lay offs, and topped off with a goal. Everyone played their part and deserve great credit for all of their efforts, TNS were no mugs and could have tipped the scales in the other direction, but 'Que Sera Sera'
  11. Reviewer is a FUD. Probably an Aberdonian, he's put them well up the list. Most unique strip in football.
  12. https://m.youtube.com/hashtag/scottishfootball Home strip review Top right, All 42 spfl teams
  13. My uncle worked with him at Monktonhall and used to say that he was just a big daft boy.
  14. Dundee Utd have never brought a big travelling support, considering that they claim to have over 5000 season ticket holders.
  15. Not to put a downer on a great result, but having looked at the player stats last night, most of the players contacts expire at the end of May. Hope that PH has done a bit of forward thinking.
  16. Airdrie will swop league positions, if you like. Be nice to be top of the league at this time of the season, having scored a barrow load of goals more than Raith.
  17. A team managed by Dougie Imrie get kicked of the park. He won't be too happy!
  18. Morton are a team that St Mirren would love to relegate.
  19. Ah! Is that the guy who built new stadiums for everybody except Ayr?
