I read somewhere that CSS have already had quotes for floodlights for the next again season but VoL and whitehill are no further down the road with installing floodlights due to money costs. Surely if both these clubs cannot afford the cost they are just delaying the inevitable and in Whitehill's case through no fault of their own should be relegated this season anyway

The quicker entrance to the Scottish Cup for junior teams is removed the better. Junior clubs want the best of both worlds.
