I’ve “slummed it” many times thanks- and will do many times again. This was a special day with a couple of guests who support Peterhead.... so could not be undertaken on another day. Flights had already been booked before the Ladies Day had been announced. My fault for not checking and just assuming hospitality would be n offer. Your solution suggesting I buy extra tickets at the race night is a stupid as it is unhelpful.

Should it not be the Commercial Dept offering a solution? I asked the commercial dept for a solution- “ buy your tickets online and go to the Smiddy or the Farm was the attempt- so I then went ahead offered them a solution.... At time of communication there was no match sponsor in place- I asked if this was a possibility if the Club allowed a few more Boardroom guests- I was told to go on line to see what the match sponsor package included and to book through Club shop if I wanted to proceed. Sorry if I’m not getting the hang of this Commercial thing ....

£25 including match ticket (£15) and glass of Prosecco and tapas lunch - (now afternoon tea) that’s hardly going to generate some profit- for the Foundation, not the Club....... Fairly sure an arrangement could have been suggested to ensure the Club received £450 plus a hefty bar bill rather than the suggestion of the Farm- Not exactly met with a “can do” attitude, which is disappointing....

A golf day would contribute I guess, a speakers night would contribute I guess, turning down hospitality requests and advising 10 people to buy tickets on line and go to Broadwood Farm however, will not.

yes- the 23 or so ladies who have booked for Lunch errrr afternoon tea..... will enjoy that.

Maybe one of the short list of candidates for the post? Where do we get the money for anything? Certainly not through commercial activities- no golf day planned- no speakers night organised- Lots we are not privy to I’d say.

Think it’s 3 at the moment. But, as far as Goodie is concerned it’s tactically absurd to have a player of his quality so isolated. We have to play to his strengths and he’ll start scoring loads again. Very frustrating times- and it has proved unequivocally that the difference in league 1 is bigger than we thought. A better standard of player is needed- hungrier- more aggressive and up for the fight when needed too. i can’t see why ( if we stay in this league) we’d keep too many to just go through this again.

Oh right - he made a Cnut of it AND he’s been let down by players. To be honest, how many of his signings have been a success? Mitchell, for sure. Howie at CB yes not RB. Lang, for sure but he didn’t play him in his natural position for months until Cogill got injured, CJ, No, Smith, No, Wallace No, Fitzpatrick, No, I could go on....... what part of any of this gives you the reason to trust he’ll remedy things with a completely new squad? I personally don’t think he has the contacts in football we’d expect of him and the sooner we appoint a well connected Director of Football to help bring players of the right standard to compete for promotion to the Championship, the better. Danny has been given everything, he’s a very nice, friendly, approachable person and yes I believe he’s developed a real affinity with the Club..... but, 2 wins in 14 games.... not scored for a month, lack lustre performances, shocking finishing, poor tactics, all very real criticisms...... something has to give eventually. His post match interviews are becoming very repetitive, loaded with cliches and comments about believing in the quality in the dressing room. Well just over a quarter of the season to go and we’re 1 point off the playoff spot- I hope, I really hope, we turn things around..... but we’re running out of time for Danny to get this right.
