Should be a good game, probably the two best teams that I’ve seen play Utd this season. Dunfermline at Tannadice were impressive and Utd were grateful for a very late goal to take a point. Pars fans made a big deal about missing half their first team for that game, not sure if those players are now back but they don’t seem to have improved since then - though if Benedictus is also now injured then that will be a big loss as he was excellent against Moult. Raith Rovers played pretty well at home to Utd couple weeks ago and I thought they had better attacking players than Dunfermline. I think home advantage will swing it, 2-1 to Raith.

Very highly rated but to be honest not shown that much in the time he has had on the pitch for the first time. Albeit that has mostly been sub appearances and he is only 17…. Hopefully a move which helps all concerned. it does leave Utd very short of strikers though and I wonder if we’re maybe lining up a player in on loan ourselves…?

Seems we have learned nothing since the January transfer window. Very disappointing to have no more signings after the number of players who have left.

Goodwin saying in the courier that he is quietly confident of adding one before window closes on Friday. personally I think this translates as one is pretty much done, I think we’ll be trying to bring at least 2 in this week

Yes those 4 and the keeper have made a big difference, decent players but strong characters as well. Could have done with them last season! Same 11 next week IMO.

With Freeman, Sibbald and Docherty all out for Saturday then you’d expect Grimshaw and Meekison to take 2 of the 3 positions, just a question of Grimshaw at RB or centre mid. So then looking at Denham or Bisland at RB OR Mochrie, Glass or Moore in centre mid…. Unless we completely change our formation?

Is Docherty back in training? Worry about our midfield this weekend, especially as I assume Grimshaw will be at RB seeing as Freeman is out. Midfield of Glass and Meekison…..!!??
