Friend of mine went to Wigtown vs Reserves last night, seemingly a registered Wigtown player made an appearance for Newton? So some of the lads down there were saying anyway. Any truth?? Im not too sure, there was a few players there I hadn’t seen before.

Took in the Girvan vs Newton Stewart game last night. Newtons starting team was by far not their strongest starting 11, but after half time when they changed a few things they started creating a few chances and missed quite a few good opportunities. Young Jack Marshall is a cracking wee player definitely done well to get him to the club.

The boys who joined from Newton Stewart last season have re joined Newton again this season i have heard. Saints will surely struggle for a team?
