  1. Sure dodo does shift work so I think he maybe just has called it a day as he felt other players weren't as committed as he was and was wasting his time.
  2. No Anderson and no dodo Martin aswell not sure on his circumstances though. Lochar be mid table at best
  3. Darren Kerr knocked job back and is in training with abbeyvale. New saints manager is Jordan Williamson who was manager of Annan south team last season. Massive job on his hands to keep them afloat never mind a decent league finish. Good luck
  4. Thanks for the information, will try and get to a few and see what's new at some sides
  5. Lochar 2-3 unison Lochar said to have looked weak in attacking areas. Any other friendlys coming up that is in the know?
  6. Good luck to Mr Fraser (carrot) in his new job
  7. Threave looking like the team to stop. Hugh Cameron, Lewis Todd, Adam uphill, Bryce Wilson all signed up. Also hoping to sign up soltys and Scotty Milligan. Vale- signed a couple of squad players but Goss looks to have said no dalbeattie which is excellant news. Lochar signed Taylor hall as back up goalie to Martin. Biggest news from Lochar is that Ian Anderson looks to leaving for junior side cumnock but nothing on lochar social sites.
  8. Lochar signed up 4 lads, dean rea, Adam, mcmath, Greg Goodwin and Taylor hall. Information straight from Facebook page. Lochar to start well before a slump?
  9. Couldn't say there was trouble at threave. Current league champions and all seemed to leave on there own accord. Don't think gilfillan played to much either for lochar so really clutching at straws. Lochar seem to fall away at this point of the season all the time so to blame certain individuals without any evidence is ludicrous
  10. Game was spoilt by the wind and rain but bonnyton just edged it with a 2-0 victory. Lochar were missing some key players none more so than Anderson who was there watching but not moving to well.
  11. A shock to people outside the south of scotland league but that lochar team has numerous players that could play at dalbeattie but they seem to be a close knit group that play for each other rather than chase the money. Lochars current manager is from the Gretna area but I don't think he would tempted by that job just yet. Would Bryan Gilfillan be interested?
  12. Completely agree, dalbeattie didn't match lochar anywhere on the pitch and lucky it wasn't a heavier defeat. Will Kerr see out the season after this latest defeat?
  13. Dalbeattie vs lochar for myself. Looking forward to the game could go either way but expect dalbeatties quality to shine through in the end
  14. League are trying there best for stranraer to win it to keep bonnyton from possible lowland league promotion
  15. Ref at Heston lochar think it was Currie had a decent game aswell.
  16. Thanks for the information. Yes completely agree with all of the above but would also add that the lochar goalie is also a big player for lochar thistle and if both continue there form then lochar should finish top 3
  17. Who is current manager of Heston? Went to there match yesterday and was surprised at the lack of coaching from sidelines.
  18. Who is currently the best striker in the south league? For me the top 3 currently are Ian Anderson, Sean McKenzie and young one from stranraer very quick doesn't play right through middle but is very effective
  19. Dickies bar and deja vu both rangers pubs
  20. I didn't mean actually throwing the towel in just going with the term of being on the canvas.
  21. Rome till end of season then gilfillan
  22. Uppers had a fantastic start. A few teams could be close to throwing the towel in
  23. Shambles for getting the game to go ahead? Can't control the weather. You could even say they are giving up an advantage by going to play on 3g when the visitors play on that most weeks
