Aye, it's just not worked out due to the horrific injury problems this season.
There's definately potential with a near fit squad to get a promotion play off spot with the current group but I really hope we try stengthen further in the summer and start trying to complete with the top 3.
If we get rid of United and get Livi coming down, there would be a great chance to put in a genuine promotion push for the first time since 2011. That's way to long for a club our size.
For now though we need to cover some of these injuries with another couple signings and make sure we're in this division next season.

Harry Sharp heading back to Dundee according to the DP.
I would try off loading Little too and put the wages together for somebody to take the 1st choice spot off Mehmet

Jermaine Hylton has left Arbroath. We should make a move for him. Looked pretty dangerous when I've seen him.

Strange how 2 pics show flooding, yet the pic of hole that I assume is claimed to be caused by the flooding is bone dry....

A few players shoehorned into positions and some of them I’m sure are decent players at this level (Todorov and Fisher) but were rotten when I’ve seen them.
Yeah, Fisher is a good young player. I wasn't at Firhill that day but was widely agreed he was poor that in that match. Again definately not one of the worst.
I do see Partick fans putting Pars players in their teams. Understandable when you've beaten us both games but we have much poorer players than Fisher and Jakubiak to be honest.
Mehmet is merited though.

Genuinely amazed nobody has chose. Mehmet in goals yet. The guy is awful. I actually expected to see even pars fans picking him.
Surprised too. Been poor at this level again after good season in league 1.

Jakubiak is a bad shout
Aye, not a good finisher but he pretty decent at taking a man on and taking the ball up the park. Nowhere near the worst striker in the league. Not sure where that's coming from.

Yeah. I think I’m just very aware we need to sign players and get results now. We can’t afford to say “we’ll be fine in a month, if players return”
Thankfully I think the owners and management understand this too. I think we might see another couple newbies in for the Queens Park game.

Pathetic. No need to even turn on any under soil heating given temperatures.
if Dunfermline can’t field a team it should be 3-0 and 3 points to the diamonds.
There's water in the pipes at all times. It's like a huge radiator. The system doesn't have to be on for it to leak. We would have to go to massive lengths to sabotage the pipes.
Just a huge coincidence with our injury problems. I get your frustration though. Was a massive chance for Airdrie picking up 3 points.

We would have to dig up the pitch to break the pipe and then patch up the pitch so that nobody notices.

Hopefully get a few signings in next week to make us stronger for Queens Park. Might get Sam Fisher back by then hopefully too.

Sounds like the water within the pipes has leaked. Not water from a thaw.
We need to decommission the USH. It's a expensive pain in the arse to run.

Could see a wee lovers tiff between us over this.

Hearing the undersold heating got injured.
Suspected pipe fracture. Going for a scan on Tuesday I heard.

Quite early for us to make an announcement. I think we might sneek a second one in there before the end of the day. Maybe the 23 year old mentioned...

Wallcot and a new striker would be good.

Interesting to hear that this signing was lined up for the summer but the board approached McPake and wanted to accelerate a deal due to the injury situation.
Sounds like we do have transfer targets that are not only for upcoming windows but planned for beyond that.

I believe he barely played for Dundee in his spell there.
Lewis McCann and Ewan Otoo back for Saturday. Some good news for change.

Malachi Fagan Walcott from Cardiff on loan 21 year old

Would'nt mind knowing how Fisher, McCann, Summers, Otoo and Wighton are shaping up for Saturday. All carrying injuries last Friday.

Surely signing mediocre-ish players as cover as an emergency is better than heading in to crunch matches without players to cover positions!?
This is the problem. It's not only the injuries in isolation. It's the moving fit players from their normal position to fit them in another position. We need a bigger pool of players and have done since the start of the season. We're running with too small a squad.

A player with an injury history, once promising who's playing for an Old Firm B team?
Hope he's still got his surgeons number because he's getting injured at EEP by the end of the month, unlucky saaan.
Haha. Just read more about him. He out injured again. Maybe leave that one.

Any centre backs at Celtic and Rangers B?
On the second part you'd think that'd suit Ashcroft. If we could get him.
Aye, Ashcroft coming back would fit the bill perfectly.
In terms of Celtic B- They have a 20 year old centre half called Dane Murray. Made his debut in the Champion League a couple years ago. Was injured for 12 months last season but back again this season.

Good to hear that Fisher is back in contention tomorrow but a bit concerned how McCann seemed to be OK last week and is now 50/50 and feeling his hamstring again. I do question if our approach to these injuries.
