Totally understand Partick fans being pissed off but there was still 40 minutes played of that game where Pars were the better team afterwards. Partick got away with a red card in that time but we didn't fold at a bad decision. We won by 2 clear goals , so we can get the poor Partick stuff in the bin.

Jakubiak had the Partick defence heel dancing last half hour. Thought he was superb when he came on. Also got to say Partick got away with that high tackle that only got a booking. Partick should've been down to ten men. Shit ref didn't only go one way.

From what I can see. Pars have Matty Todd and Jakubiak back after both being out for 9 and 7 weeks. They won't start but will make the bench look a lot better.
Think we will probably stary with our 4-2-3-1 after looking a bit more organised last week, rather the mess the previous two weeks. Partick will be too strong for us and can see us losing by a couple goals.

Matty Todd coming back and staying fit would be huge. Somebody who will score goals from midfield and a link to the lone striker. It will be interested to see how he and Chris Kane link up. Was quite impressed with Kane on Saturday.

Im guessing this is not an alternative to Ashcroft. This is a new right back for some reason. Maybe injury to Comrie or they don't like O'Halloran in RWB role.

I care about the first team first and foremost. If we have a good training centre and youth set-up to support that team then even better.
If the youth set-up and training centre impacts the first team , then sack it off. Only do it if you can afford to do it and not effect the sole reason the club exisits.
A good training ground and youth set up doesn't increase attendances, it doesn't increase prize money. It's a drain on finance in all reality. It's cloud cuckoo land stuff if they think they will be selling youth every season for hundreds of thousands of pounds every season to finance the club.
Questions for me about what has happened to the Nisbet money, and selling naming rights for the stadium. That must've been close to the 800,000 quid to build the first phase of training ground right there. On top of that there is the season tocket sales of 3500, the lifeline money. I would love to know how much they have actually put into the club. We seemed to be managing our finances far better before they arrived and were buying better players around the Stevie Crawford era before they came in. I mean when Ashcroft left the club I was actually quite pleased. I though he was awful in his last season. Now there is a big meltdown that we have not signed him on loan for a few months. Shows how poor our recruitment has been over the last 2-3 years.
Seems to be a lot of money spent on professional people running their club. Struggling to see the value they have brought. Allegedly about to make a huge loss from last year and another one this year. Absolute failures in the transfer market and completely disengaged a big section of the support. Their employment with us needs to be reviewed at the end of the season along with whoever is looking after the sports science and conditioning of our players. So many under performing emloyees at the club. Including the management team.

Yeah, great job Drew and Thomas.
I would happily take another season of the club losing hundreds of thousands of pounds and relegation to league 1 yet again, if we could implement some of these great ideas.
I mean, If I could have a community meeting room, live music bar and museum that I will pay for, and also serve pints to folk for no wage on my Saturday afternoon.... That sounds just fab

Would love to see us roll the dice and play like 1996. Totally blindside the current boring managers. Imrie is kind of doing it at Morton.
Big guys, direct and being aggressive. Bert Paton had us well drilled at it.
We just don't have the players for it though, Loads of pea hearted wimps in our squad.

Our awful attacking set up has been there since McPake took over.
He has got away with being tight at the back, but that's now out the window too. The biggest problem is that he can't seem to find an answer out of it. Not won in 9 games. 3 home games in a row and gained one point out of 9. Two of those games against the bottom two.
Where the hell do we win a game? McPake's time is up.

Think Arbroath were relegated today.
The bottom two were both on that pitch today. Utter drivil from both sides. The 6 point gap will be enough for us but the teams above us can sleep easy. We are garbage. Our manager can't change this and we can't afford to sack him.

The first goal you lot are greetin about was from a terrible camera angle. Still not convinced that was a wrong decision. The weegie press do love a Partick love in.
Second goal yes, you were fuked over by that one but Pars were the better team before that goal and the better team for 40 minutes after it. Suck it up and put your petted lip back in ffs.
