If the long ball "style" continues, O Hara seems to be rhe only one making runs into and around the box to pick up knock ons and clearances.

Defensively solid (like N McGinley) but distribution wasn't great (like McGinley). Was impressed by Goss, Cornelius work rate too and the all round pressing game, with O Donnell dragging the defence out.

Did Polworth ever play on the wing for ICT? Might be a way to accommodate the 4 midfielders and offer some options on the wings.

Normally I'd agree (see Allan, Hayes, Christie,...Ciftci?, Pearson, Mcdonald etc etc ) but £3m+ is a big hoover.

To be fair Newell, Sammon, Frear, McHugh, Tanner, Frear and Mbulu have hardly played. Main, Gorrin, and Hastie were key in our good post January run, but are would hope they could be replaced fairly easily and Aldred already replaced I think. It's a lot, but thats the way these days unfortunately.
