I know they are all as culpable as the manager but Sheerin really comes across as, it's my ball type situation and as has been said on here multiple times the he's stubborn so might not actually be listening to anyone. I could be wrong but a few times on the side lines they do seem to distance themselves from each other.

That's exactly what's happening at the moment. I've been trying to explain to guys at work after the Q+A that the club are currently getting off lightly by the fans. It's all been pretty timid so far, certainly not reached Brockville levels of seeth yet. It's just our board can't handle some constructive criticism amongst other things like actually doing their job.
