  1. Absolute wonder goal from Moult in a game where United really needed it to get anything at all.
  2. Commentator's head about went up like a firework there, great reaction
  3. I'm sure the front two made up of only really fast runners has lit the league on fire like I was told they would in the previous match thread?
  4. Maybe the 'special surprise' was showing why Clarke doesn't deviate from his usual XI?
  5. Doesn't have composure for the big games.
  6. Think that was the game that Ryan Jack kept the ball in play for Dundee to immediately score from. Remember finding that quite funny.
  7. If AVFTT is for bearded hipster wrestling fans and Open Goal is for OF 'lad' types who love hearing Paul Slane say "am horny", what type of football fan listens to that PLZ Soccer Show with Alan Rough and Tam McManus? I remember watching just to find out if Charlie Adam was signing for us, anything else on there was a chore.
  8. This thread has been a great read but this has done me in, honestly just say "The average Terrace listener is WOKE!!!" I was a big fan of Open Goal in the early days of Si Ferry 1-on-1 interviews and even the beginning of the podcast, I could stomach the OF-centric talk and enjoy some of the banter, and really got it with the run-up to Euro 2020, was an unashamed fan of the whole "Yes Sir, I Can Boogie" rise. After the Euros though, I really felt that I was hearing the same stuff every week and rapidly lost interest at that point. Absolutely hated the Open Goal Broomhill pish, happy that it fell apart. As for AVFTT it's a weird one, I've always thought I'd get right into it as it's right up my alley on giving a wider view of Scottish football, but I've never really been all that arsed with podcasts and I consume most of my content through YouTube. Always enjoyed the hosts' contributions on here and on Twitter but the actual podcasts/TV shows are something I've never bothered to get into any more than that. I think if you're interested in the dressing room culture and the 'one of the lads' mentality then Open Goal is a decent listen, while A View From The Terrace very much is summed up by its name, it's a fan's view of the game and its quirks, and isn't pretending to be anything else.
  9. Groin injury projected to be between four and six weeks, so there is a chance he could be back for the post-split fixtures, though any time before May might be a reach. Still, while it is a blow I feel like he's not been as vital to our successes of late than he was in his first loan stint, so for now I'm not too worried. Dodgson is a very capable player at his natural position.
  10. That is line-crossing behaviour imo, this is supposed to be a well-meaning football forum and that's just below the belt
  11. Is Martindale just sat on the bench moaning instead of being in the dressing room at HT?
  12. Toby Sibbick again proving to be one of the worst defenders in Scotland. Excellent persistence from Murray.
  13. Excellent stuff, exactly what the cinch is about. Be even funnier when the players just move them themselves.
  14. Was that you said said that last week at the derby? Heard someone say it behind me and had to smirk, haven't heard the term for a while.
  15. You could've picked someone at random off the street in Dunfermline and they'd be more interesting and sound more knowledgeable than McNamara. Jeezy peeps.
  16. Considering our 2 GF and 21 GA in 5 games against the Old Firm this season, I'm not exactly counting down the hours for this one. Incidentally, have we ever had a worse GD versus both of them over the course of a season?
