I think glens need to look at the bigger picture here. Everyone else cant be wrong. Terrible weather on saturday so naturally everyone goes in to the covered area. It usually starts with verbals between fans and it's not a nice atmosphere to be in. Its almost inevitable when you add in alcohol that there will be some form of trouble. The young team in there can create a bit of an atmosphere and 15 x £6 is good to get for a team that to be honest doesnt have a big support. But at what cost? Id say more and more folk are staying away from loch park now. Feel sorry for the hard working committee who are in a really difficult position. Ban them and face abuse, would the park be vandalised, are they getting their windows put in for standing up to this group ? It's actually really sad because a lot of very good people work really hard for a club and a town that doesnt have an awful lot else. Hopefully this can get sorted out once and for all and we can get back to talking about football.

Thanks guys, appreciate your feedback. I was reading an article earlier and simply thought that if say, talbot or medda or any other team gave up their ground and moved to a pitch which had been build and paid for by lottery money etc but continued to pay out big wages I would think the same. I assume that Kilwinning will pay rent etc for the use of facilities ? It just doesn't sit with me that's all. All about opinions. Perhaps I'm not articulating my argument very well but hopefully you can see where I'm coming from even if you dont agree. Good luck for the season ahead.

I've used the sports club on and off for a while and was under the impression it was a registered charity and community facility ( please correct me if I'm wrong). It doesn't sit with me that the buffs can use the facilities and in many ways take over a large part of the place to the detriment of others. If the buffs didn't pay players so much ( 10 new signing I believe) maybe they could have kept abbey park and operated at a lesser level Just my opinion.
