Made it to 60 minutes, how did Ross Graham start that game tonight? An absolute haddy. Like someone already said, hopefully it’s a 442 with Dow and Thomas on the wings against raith, it holding my breath. Dorrans, what the f**k? 3 minutes in and your most experienced player puts it on a plate for the striker. Surely we’d be better giving Allan a game that him.

For what it’s worth (probably not much) as a neutral watching the game on Monday, with no prior knowledge of the Ayr squad, I thought Adeloye looked a very decent player with a good touch and good at holding the ball up. As previously mentioned, what chance has he got of doing anything of note when the ball is in the air whenever you had it (he also did win his fair share of headers etc but had absolutely no one running off him). He looks good technically, which should make Ayr fans even more worried because that style of football won’t give him many opportunities to showcase that ability. Surely you won’t attack (no pun intended) every game with that game plan? Also thought O’Connor looked like a real find in his short cameo.

Unfortunately, don’t think that’s right. Still, with a base of 5k before council applications and the last derby in the flesh (at starks) having 6k you'd like to think we can get home and away fans in for this one.

That’s assuming we are going to play 3 strikers every week in the league, I don’t think we will. In my view we have Cole, Dorrans, Wilson, Pybus, Kennedy, Allan and Thomas for the 3 positions in midfield (2 CMs and 1 in the 10 role)

Todd and Fenton will go out on loan so probably need another 1 player in.

Thankfully he’s only going to be a squad player (pybus) with the addition of Cole and Iain Wilson coming back from injury. Sounds like Breen is steady enough at this level and a decent bit of business on a 2 year deal. Cheers gents!
