Have the shingles for the first time ever. Got it on my back and shoulder area. Got tablets from the doctor yesterday. Been feeling a bit run down recently. Got to admit the pain is pretty sore. Anyone ever had? Tips etc??

Lira up to 18 now. I was there October past and got around 13 in resorts. Go to icemeler just outside marmaris can get a dolmus for around 5 lira every 20 mins or so was bad seeing all the devastation caused by the fires in the hills though embrace the culture you will love it
