It seemed to me last night that there are already more fans wearing the new strip than there were last year. Maybe it's simply because the new strip stands out like a sore thumb but I was surprised at how many were wearing it. Also, many fans won't buy the new strip because they bought the old strips that were put on sale towards the end of last season. PS: I suspect most neutral fans who may have seen footage of last night's match would've got the teams mixed up due the similarity of Motherwell's away strip and many Dumbarton strips over the years.
