The Dining Room in West Bridgend (when it actually opens) is very good. I've heard the Indian in the High Street is good but I've never been. The Abbotsford is good again after going quite badly downhill for a couple of years.
Joint top of the league after being bottom 3 weeks ago! There's no denying that the unpredictability of the lower leagues adds an interest that the big leagues don't have.
Likewise, ketchup bottles although they do have the flaps. And bottles of tonic water have a plastic cover over the lid that is disproportionately strong to it's size. If it doesn't have perforations then you're in for a battle.
