  1. indeed but you failed to deal with the issue regarding lack of sponsprship? prize money? They are peed off by mismanagement of the league in general. Many things which have been covered in full throughout the 433 pages of this thread.
  2. You missed the word unsponsored ....as in unsponsored national trophy. Great cup management eh
  3. i dont think St Andrews will play in the superleague next season ....
  4. Its all about the junior cup .... ....No community club, No better grounds, no forward thinking committees with vision but just about the junior cup. BTW The Junior cup is important but not the sole importance which you keep referring to.
  5. As I said time will tell. Do you honestly believe the sfa haven't been asked this question recently? Do you honestly believe that the clubs jumping have not asked the question regarding contracts to the SFA?
  6. Under what affiliation? I'm not going to slag off anyone all I'm stating is there will be a few ENTITLED to get agreements terminated I disagree
  7. So you are trying to sign a player next season and he has the choice of 10 local derby matches or 10 trips over the bridge incl 4/5 trips to dundee ! I know which league i would sign up to
  8. I thought that Penicuik were going? and sounds like Nitten may also ....
  9. Question has to be why have they left it so long? The ground would pass licencing as it stands i would think. So even though they are skint they wouldnt need to pay much apart from the fee? So what would happen if all the east juniors clubs decided to jump now? If Boness, Wee Rose, Penicuik and Nitten and a few others decided to jump now? Would they restrict to 32 teams (2 x16) or would they accept all? A lot of clubs have massive decisions to make and quickly ...
  10. Serious Question - Could nitten win the league by default next season? if so can one(any) of the superleague going stay back for a season just to ensure that doesnt happen. Thanks
  11. My gate person? I think you will find its a requirement to produce a season ticket for entry. Man you have some massive chip on your shoulder - always greetin
  12. Easthouses have had work done but have Dalkeith? Elaborate?
  13. Exactly Dalkieth and Easthouses dont own their own ground eitheri think.
  14. You often use the words cohorts - I have no said cohorts but you know who I am talking about Maybe they asked you for your season ticket to check if you had handed it to someone else - maybe they were confused by the names Bill and Ben-Ji and that caused mistaken identity?
  15. Is there not a representative from Broxburn on the main SJFA committee?
  16. i would argue that Bill doesnt really understand the community club concept to be honest. Involving all - Boys Clubs/ Girls/ Over 35s / amateur/U20 and others. However, for Bill and his cohorts who gather before games or on the High Street its not about this - its about distant (great) memories of 2 Scottish Cup wins.... 52 and 40 years ago.
  17. Cheers Bill. To be honest Penicuik took their chances but I didnt quite understand the Bonnyrigg team tonight, could you? One of the clubs I think have no ambition? Explain? Penicuik understandably due to their history were apprehensive about a move to Licence but I believe that they will go and go next season. Did you hear anything tonight?..from your cohorts? Bill when did we last win the Scottish Cup? 78. Bonnyrigg havent won the wee Scottish in 40 years. Bill I am not old enough to remember this and I have never experienced a Scottish Cup win which I can only imagine would have been a tremendous day and achievement but you fail to see any failure in the set up you only see the positves and lack a balanced approach to make an informed decision. I believe that both Junior clubs and eos/lowland clubs serve the community well. Maybe though in a few season you wont be able to see junior fitba - in the east anyways. Take care and see you at the back of the goals ....
  18. Benji/ Bill, what's the difference between Community Junior football and Community football in the EoS? ( A couple of people have asked but no reply and you always appear to answer me so I thought I would ask you? Kind Regards
  19. Bill, you lost the vote get over it. you are an old dinosaur stuck in the past with previous regimes the time has come to move forward...its a bright future under a well run committee with the clubs future at heart not previous committees with car park scandals. Not my lead - I just listened to the evidence and made an informed decision which the majority of season ticket holders/ sponsors voted for. You talk about respecting decisions and I agree but i dont think Linlithgow had a vote? and you appear to be unwilling to accept the Bonnyrigg vote. All pennies to all clubs are greatly missed whether EOS or Juniors so even on that we disagree
  20. Benji Boy you are alive ? Glad to hear it you have been awfy quiet recently. Must be doing lots of nights? Holidays? Who are you going to watch next season now? Surely no Nitten? Arniston? Answers on a postcard. Ps looks like your East Juniors is dead now, no?
  21. So Boness and Penicuik are applying for EOS now? Lithgae look like total dinosaurs here but to be fair when you go through to play them the committee does need some fresh blood!
  22. Turned into all about Talbot and they interested so why we even talking about them? fook em
  23. The SJFA have had years and years to sort this out but haven't...... Thats not my reconning at all if you move now the league should be filled up by these teams in parallel leagues. However, if the leagues were fill now then yes I do believe that the clubs moving now should have gone to EOS2 and clubs moving thereafter should have been bolted in under the pioneers of junior of football. When The Rangers reformed as a tribute act what happened to them? Bolted on to the bottom of the league
