Good morning. Please excuse this out-of-nowhere approach. My name is Steve Finan. I am compiling a book: "Lifted Over The Turnstiles, Scotland's Football Stadiums in the Black & White Era". I am using, mostly, pix held in the DC Thomson archive. I work for DC Thomson, I've been a journalist with several of their newspapers for the past 39 years. Now, in my dotage, I am producing books from the company's archive material. I have a couple of hundred pix of grounds in Scotland in the 1940s to 70s that I reckon no one has ever seen. However, you have posted some tremendous pix in the "Stadium Quirks" thread that I do not have. I'm wondering if these are royalty-free and whether you'd consider letting me use them?
I don't have a budget, I'm afraid, but I would credit the pix to you and include you in the "Thanks" section of the book. I'd also send you a book, when it is published (I'm hoping to get it away to the printers in less than three weeks from now).
My collection of pictures has strengths and weaknesses. I don't have great pix of the inside of Firhill, although I do have some pretty good stuff of the main stand, taken from the street. I intend to make the cover shot a pic of Firhill.
If this project is of no interest to you, then I apologise for the uninvited approach.

Many thanks
