Now your asking seen him play
CB , RB , LB, CM, RM and just behind striker like a number 10 But think giving a run of games he'd be best at RB or CM boys got a great engine and not scared of a tackle (sometimes late though) and I don't think he's been injured in his time at Kelty nothing that's kept him out for ages anyway, really good signing , How's Andy Black come on with you guys another cracking player if he can stay fit ?
I think the prevailing view of some is that if Black can get properly fit (which he wasn't), him and McNab will be a formidable CM pairing,

Total machine , fit as fek and can play a few positions , will be great signing in LL just unfortunately not quite good enough for League 1
Cheers neebs. Where did he tend to play for you guys ?

We've signed Robbie McNab from ya. Thoughts ?

Nice one ! this must be the transfer fee that Nelly was teasing us with a few days ago. Possible captain ? Squad has a good feel to it.

The next one is a cracker. Really significant signing and shows the ambition. Worked really hard to get this lad in but very happy to get it done.
Pre season schedule will be announced in a few days also.
Oooh ya wee tease

Boy can score some goals right enough ! Footage available on the Hurlford twitter feed. Didn't know Squib plays at Hurlford too.

Is it umbro again?? I'm starting to like the stuff macron do these days and they have good training apparel as well.
Wouldn't mind blue with white pin stripes/ blue with a white diagonal stripe... something a little different..
Drifter is the man for that. Came up with some interesting designs a year or two back. Haven't seen him on here for a while.

I think it is fair to say that the club is now both weeding out those who perhaps were not going to take the club forward and bring in those who will bring a Calum stamp on the team. There is plenty of time still (which is a refreshing change) to bring in others and get a decent pre-season going to prepare for what will be a very competitive and hopefully productive season. Onwards and upwards mes braves.

I see we have released 6 players and Lemon is off to Australia. I thought he was ok. Good luck to him. 5 loan players back off to their clubs as well.
Yep. A lot of new signings (+ loans) needed in various positions.

Their problem's going to be financial though. I'd assume their income is going to take a serious hit. They're definitely losing Charlie Reiily, who either scored or assisted 36 of Rovers' 48 goals this season. They'll be vulnerable to losing a few more of their better players, like Sonkur and Bevan and without somone putting cash in, will the be able to replace them? I suspect we'll see a significantly different Albion Rovers team next season.
Yea. Been there done that.....

I know that not many Tranent Juniors' supporters look at this site, but I just wanted to express my anger. Tranent Juniors finished in a very good position in the Lowland League. (Once became top of the league.) However, the chairman decided he is not renewing my legend, Nishy' s contract as the manager. I really cannot understand what the chairman is thinking and am so angry!!!
Poor Rie. Sorry sweetie. You will always be welcomed back to the Cowden fold.

Oh well that’ll be that. Kind of glad that we got beat as its a pointless competition with zero financial gain. Curtains closed on this season not the best but I know for a fact work is going on behind the scenes and we’ll certainly be better prepared coming into next season feeling positive going forward hope everyone continues to back the club!
Indeed. Who are the 10 that are definitely signed on for next year ?

Do we have to give Liam a ball today or anything, a wee present of some sort?

Normal service resuming against the wee gers. Disappointing to turn up with 14 players though.
Can only assume there was sickness in the camp ?

Game was going well until the last 20 minutes, then it got very depressing.
Usual story, in control of the game, missed chances to put the game away, they came back into it, we gave away foul after foul and just defended badly.
Doh. Thanks.

How's the game ? Seems like a decent attendance.

There were stories about him and Si Ferry both going to East Kilbride.
Could have been his lookalike in case he is in his house this afternoon
One number off in the 50/50, sadness
Cheers

Pretty sure I walked past Mick Kennedy about 15 minutes before the start. Would make sense based on the rumours…
What rumours ?

As far as I can work out, if Davo stays we currently have a squad of 17 signed up. I assume the next signings may be loans ? Need a back up keeper in any case.
