I would have been here much sooner had your board had the courage of their convinctions to release their statement publicly, but like many others I was unaware they had even released a statement. Perhaps if they weren't absolutely despicable hypocrites they wouldn't have been so desperate to hide their pathetic lies in an email rather than sharing it publicly, but we can add cowardice to the list of reasons your board are rancid charlatans.

Unlike every Cowdenbeath fan on P&B I actually have a modicum of self-respect, and so I can honestly say that if my clubs' board had put their names to such a disgraceful pack of lies I wouldn't set foot in the ground again. You do you though, carry on believing they actually don't want B Teams in the league and were simply forced into voting in their favour over and over again, for increasingly obtuse and transparently bullshit reasons.

None of us gives a flying f*ck what you think cockroach. Happy Xmas.

Basically Cowden don’t want B teams but also don’t want a 30 game league campaign which is only other option as SFA vetoed a LL request to increase to 18 teams which would have allowed increased ventilation from / to Tier 6.

I don’t want B teams or a 30 game league so can sympathise with the shit options presented. The thought of 22 Saturdays without a game or taking part in the Acme Joiners and Plumbers Trophy or similar is not appealing. On balance would I prefer to see us fighting for 3 points against a B Team, Regrettably, Probably !

Mulraney and Maxwell must be laughing their balls off watching Clubs ripping into each other while they stop the pyramid developing.

Aye. Spot on. It was a case of holding their noses whilst voting yes. The veto by the SFA on an expanded lowland league (increasing the number of games thus generating matchday revenue) presented the club with no win scenarios. As we know being drawn away in every round of the Shittyarse  Fannytinkle Cup will generate no gate money and will end up costing the club money with no return, which is pretty crappy.

4 up at HT. A couple of good goals. Especially the second. Great move. Lanark started off well with a good shape and obvious motivation. However a collapse in the last 20 mins of the half. Still it’s been good entertainment.

6-0 now. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that we won't draw this one now 😁

  4. Currently sitting in a bar/restaurant in Bang Tao beach, Phuket. Watching Kawasaki (Japan) v BG Pathum (Thailand) in the Asian Champions League. Rather wonderfully Morgaro Gomis has just come in as a sub for Kawasaki ! Some player he was for us.

Pretty subdued first half from both teams, we have definitely had more of the game without creating too much.  Thought there would be a bit more bite to it.

Confident we’ve got another gear or two in us in the second half.

    Are there replays etc ?

Did any of the Blue Brazil under 17s play? Great initiative creating a pathway to senior football. Might eventually find a Greg Stewart

I would guess that it was the under 17's lads that were invited to train with the senior squad the other day. Good for them.

Well. It was a must win and we did. Looking forward to the reports from the game.

Quite. See Dougie was subbed half an hour into the game. Hope it's not another injury.

    For goodness sake.

As someone pointed out we get all this shite every time we beat somebody who thinks they shouldn't get beat by the likes of Cowdenbeath. The seethe from the wannabe's is amusing though.

Well he could have just "not done it" and he wouldn't have been as gutted.

Oh, don't be such a sanctimonious, pious, twat. I'm sure that 99.9% of those on here (including you and me) have said something in the heat of the moment you almost instantly regret to wives, partners, mates, work colleagues, opponents, doormen at pubs, members of the public etc etc. Doesn't make it right but it is human nature and stuff happens, unfortunately.
