  1. Having reflected on yesterday we need to look at things in perspective.

We recently lost 1 nil to the blue bigots in a game we really should have taken something from.  Our strikers were not up to it that day.

Yesterday was no different. We should have won but for poor finishing.

The difference is losing to Rangers is seen as a hard luck story but expected.

Losing to Livi is seen as the end of the world.

Both games should have seen us take points.

We are crying out for a natural penalty box striker.

We dont have one so we will have days like yesterday.

Getting to 5th in the league is amazing. We are used to ups and downs and it is tribute to Robbo that defeats against Livi are seen as the end of the world.

Some St Mirren fans with Celtic fan level of sore losers, with their seething posts. We've all been there, wondering how we lost a game, St Mirren have done the same to us a few times too, yes we rode our luck, and they missed a penalty, same thing happened to us at Paisley when Kelly lumped it over the bar, and they got a late winner. Massive, massive 3pts for us, and a lifeline to staying up, couldn't give a monkeys about how we played, it's all about the pts for us just now.

We've came away with a few hard luck stories this season when we deserved something, about time it went our way for a change. Hadn't given up on us, but it was looking like we'd never win a game to get ourselves closer to County, the cup win last weekend and now getting a league win, it feels like we're going to make a fight of it. Next weekend at Dingwall is going to be equally massive, a win there would tie us on pts. Mon the Lions.

You are spot on. We all have days like today.

You took your chance so well done Livi

Can understand and share the frustration but 3-1 or 4-1 would have been a fair reflection. We have missed 3 absolute sitters and a penalty.  No hiding it, it was a shite day. We need to get our heads down and move on.

We've no devine right to stroll up and beat anyone in this league and today is a stark reminder of that.

    Well said.

Need to put yesterday behind us. There were plenty of positives but fact is that our next four games are against (at time of writing) the bottom four in the league, although one of those is at home to Aberdeen who still have their by now almost mythical games in hand.

A massive opportunity in next 3 weeks now to put our stamp on what we want this season to be. A run of wins, even 8 points from these games would get us on 43 and would seal top six with 4/5 games to spare (which would be definite progress on last season)...it could even put us firmly in the driving seat for fourth given Killie have a hard run of games coming up.

We just take it one game at a time. A win against livi will give us confidence goinv into the next game.

I thought we done well to be honest. Play like that for the remainder of the season we have a good shot to finish this season well. I didn’t think Celtic were too impressive despite their win.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but Ayunga is a shadow of the player of last season. Don’t know if our style has changed or what, but we seem to do a lot better with Mandron on the pitch.

We are crying out for a penalty box striker. Ayunga has his good and bad points. He is better playing with a runner to play off of. Mandron imo is better at holding the ball and has better close control. We have plenty options but no out and out number 9.

I'm not sure that Taylor deserved to lose his starting spot, but since he's been relegated to tbe bench it seems that Robinson has placed Dunne ahead of him when it comes to substitutes. Odd IMO since Taylor has been reliable and Dunne can be a bomb scare.

To be fair Bolton has been superb. Fraser is more reliable than Taylor and Dunne so its a good problem to have.
