  1. Didn't your current manager threaten his girlfriend with a knife recently? Is that classed as domestic abuse in your small bigoted brain?
  2. Another 2 losers reported for anti-Protestant bigotry. Scotland's shame indeed.
  3. I reported the previous thread title for vile bigotry, but the mods generally ignore my reports so I'm not sure why the thread got deleted. Nice to see these animals absolutely rhattled a full week before the game. They know a pumping is coming.
  4. opus dei in full swing If Rangers had any self respect, they would pull out of this corrupt competition.
  5. Feel sick seeing a Rangers player wearing that green rag. He must be one of them. Hopefully we don't take him back.
  6. Heels and end bits, f**k sake. This is why I stopped posting on this forum. Place is full of cranks. It's ootsider fyi.
  7. The worst thing about the ongoing pantomine at Rangers, is the absolutely chronic shite patter it has spawned by a variation of diddies and unwashed. Occasionally a hibs fan will say something amusing, but most of you are online pub bores stuck in a neverending loop, repeating the same shite. In other news, Murty can get to f**k asap. No more employees with celtic supporting fathers would go a long way to satisfying a lot of Rangers fans. If we are going to continue to be shite, can we at least be shite with staunch managers/players. I have new found respect for Wallace and Miller if they have told Murty to go f**k himself. Setting us up like that against a very average unwashed team is unforgivable. Enjoy your meaningless double/treble you filthy inbreds. You'll still wake up British tomorrow. That hurts you more than any football shite ever will.
  8. The trickle down theory has nothing to do with me. It's a model used in most 'successful' countries. The alternative is everyone is equally poor. I'm not sure if that's your dream footballing scenario. I'm not saying it's perfect, I'm just saying it's the reality.
  9. For one, we still have more than a dozen professional teams. Would this be the case if this monopoly continued for say another 10 years or so. I have my doubts. I'm all for finding a system that makes more clubs involved in the title race. Short of sharing attendance income, I'm not sure it can ever happen. I don't buy this 'Scottish football is pish' mantra. The entertainment value is reasonably high in my opinion, even if the quality is relatively poor.
  10. Why don't you worry about taking at least a point off a team from Glasgow, that doesn't have Thistle in ther name. You had your chance to challenge, but it's over now.
  11. I see where I've gone wrong. I tried to have a reasoned conversation with a Socialist. If diddy clubs cant use a percentage of their income from transfers, to buy new players, then I suggest they look inwards. Good day to you, sir.
  12. Neither. We have mounted a challenge from a poorer financial position, because we're not shitebags like Aberdeen or hibs, and it's in our dna to challenge for titles.
  13. Ok, I'll humour you. A duopoly by it's very definition is better than a monopoly. It shares the wealth at the top of the tree. The effect of this is trickle down economics, as I previously mentioned. A real life example would be teams challenging each other buying players from smaller teams, e.g, Docherty from Hamilton, and the boy the the unwashed bought from Dundee recently. This helps balance the books of diddy teams. Hamilton or Dundee may then buy one of your diddy players for say 100k. This helps balance your books. You then pay say 20k for a diddy player from a lower league team. This helps balance their books. This all stems from money created and shared at the top of tree. With a monopoly, which is where we were heading before Murty stopped the rot, there would be quite different results. The top team would grow so rich that they could afford to shop in better markets, England for example. This already happened to an extent, but has been slowed somewhat by Rangers return. If you want to make a case for income being shared more equitably between Scottish teams, then I would fully support that, but it's not really how the free market works. Football is a product, and like any product, it thrives with healthy competition, in theory to the benefit of everyone. If you're hoping for some utopian model, then you'll have a very long wait. The competition model is far from perfect, but it's the best system humans have so far devised. In summary, title races are good for everyone, even diddies. Taking away financial issues, we all want to see good sport, and title races provide this, even for neutrals. You all claim to hate the 'old firm' but you'll all be tuning in, even if just to have a moan about the singing. Can we now get back to keeping the thread on topic, which is Rangers playing fantastic football and storming their way to a possible 55 record titles.
  14. I did read your request, but then you went off on some odd straw man tangent that was nothing to do with what I actually posted. Other teams are free to mount a title challenge, which would be equally beneficial to Scottish football. If you seriously think a one horse race is good for football, I don't think any facts I could provide would convince you otherwise.
  15. Thank you for pointing out my folly. In my defence, it was a throwaway tongue -in-cheek comment, and in no way intended as subtle bigotry. I hope Drew and his and his ilk( Bob) accept this humble excuse/apology. More importantly, Murty is starting to have the look of a man that knows there's not a team in the country that can touch us now. He's slowing growing into the brogues.
  16. Off the top of my head, better sponsorship, better tv deal, higher profile for Scottish football. In theory, there should also be a trickle down effect for the lower leagues. Having 2 strong teams should also benefit the national team.
  17. I wanted McInnes at the time, but in hindsight, I was perhaps wrong. I'm still on the fence about Murty, although I agree he comes across well and is doing a good job lately. I'm not sure if he's a tactical genius, or he's just landed lucky by signing 3/4 fantastic players. Probably a mixture of both. Nice to see a neutral commenting on it without the usual shite you read on here. A title race surely benefits all of Scottish football ultimately.
  18. The gap between 1st/2nd in various european leagues; England-13 pts Germany-19 pts France-14 pts Holland-7 pts Spain-7 pts Italy- 4 pts Scotland- 6 pts As far as title races go, ours is about as close as it gets, aside from Italy. When you consider that Rangers have been chronic for 75% of the season, and we've suffered from religiously motivated refereeing in a few games, we could and should be much closer. Add that to the fact we currently look unplayable, and I think it's possible. Goss is absolutely strolling it, Docherty is looking like a future Scotland captain, Morelos is thriving since he's had the threat of Cummings replacing him and Windass can't stop scoring. We almost bodied the unwashed at Christmas with half of this current team. Two victories against them and the title will be back at its rightful home. The pressure is all on them. The very worst that should happen is, a Scottish cup win, a single digit loss in the title race, and Aberdeen firmly put back in their diddy box. If Murty achieves all this, the job will be deservedly his.
  19. I must be gravely ill then. I was 10 minutes away from curling into a ball and accepting my fate. This was in England, not Glasgow. so I think it was way lower than -5. I dont think Scotland has the worst of it yet judging by the lack of moaning on here about it. Maybe they're all deid.
