  1. Don’t need Sky. Only rugby they really show is league nowadays. BT sport has the Prem and all Heineken Cup games. If you want sky sports could go with NowTV.
  2. From the beginning of the season as well. Edinburgh were really unlucky/poor at the beginning. Have come a long way from that game against Zebre.
  3. The re signing of players who can be considered the core the team is no bad thing.
  4. The next matches for Glasgow and Edinburgh are both theirs for the taking. Glasgow win with a TBP and they're guaranteed 2nd spot. However, if Cardiff do us a favour and win, even with Saracens getting a LBP we'd be tied with them going into the last 2 rounds. Edinburgh win and they'd be looking at being on 16/15 points depending on the TBP with their closest rivals being on 10/11 points. They'd need to win at least 1 more to guarantee top spot. Exciting times a head for Scottish rugby in Europe. Chances of both teams in the QFs is pretty high at the moment.
  5. Not seen the game yet, but a good result for us. If Cardiff can do us a favour and beat Saracens at least once then that will be brill
  6. If Edinburgh were to win next week denying Newcastle any points. Toulon wins tomorrow, no BP and draws next week or deny Montpellier a BP then Edinburgh need to win one more game to have qualified for the QFs....... that’s a scary thought
  7. Edinburgh recently have seemed to have had a slip in form recently. This is pretty dire to watch. Need some spark in that back line or they’re going to suffer.
  8. Pyrgos is so laborious around the ruck it’s frustrating to watch. Duncan hodge showing why they need a new attack coach, nobody is currently offering anything.
  9. I have no worries Niko starting but I think he’s best coming on 30 to go running into a tiring pack.
  10. Now THAT was a great steal! Cardiff must be despondent with that.
  11. Disappointed we lost in what turned out to be a close game. Pleased some of the players we’ve criticised stepped up. Disappointed in some other who seemed a bit off the boil. However I am pleased we managed to keep up with them the full 80 mins and locked them out from scoring more than 2 tries. They ran away with the game in 2015 so not too disappointed overall.
  12. Was just about to comment that i feel sorry for him. Eddie Jones playing with his mind. Believe it was Graham who made the call to Toonie. Have no issues really if he wants to play for us as long as he gives his all. Seen a few Englanders comment that he's another steal by us considering he was going to play for them. Highly rated at the Falcons.
  13. Probably just as well it’s sealed in
  14. DTHVDM got a hat trick in that match against Kenya.
  15. 2 great BP wins for Glasgow & Edinburgh followed by a Scotland game where we dominated possession and territory. Ultimately if those little things went to hand and those 2 tries weren’t chalked off we would of won. If we had access to all our players for this game we would of won comfortably. Back to Fortress Murrayfield next week against Fiji (I think).
  16. Didn’t even realise RL Internationals were on. Not very well advertised. Outside of the M62 corridor are there any big clubs around? Ev n in Scotland I can’t remember seeing much in the way of league.
  17. Think Hughes has twigged his hammy by the sounds of things. Next 2 weeks off should be enough to recover hopefully if he’s not completely done it in.
  18. Gilchrist is a pen machine. Not the sort of thing we need in Cardiff
  19. 2BP wins for Scottish Clubs. 0 wins with No LBP for Welsh Clubs
  20. That was World Class by Glasgow there. 5m Line to BP try.
  21. If Edinburgh played like that every week they’d be a hell of a team to beat.
  22. Only caught the last 10 minutes but wow, imagine if Edinburgh played like this every week.
  23. Rugby league is more popular in Australia now than Rugby Union I believe. NRL is especially popular.
  24. He is always going to play second fiddle to GD regardless of how well he plays. SH-C is the kind of player you do however want to come on when the opposition is getting tired. What was it, a hatrick in 10 minutes last season for Embra in one of there games.
  25. Think it’ll be closer between Scarlets and Ulster as, let’s face it, both teams have been poor in all honesty so far this season.
