This was a highly entertaining clash between two equally strong sides. Both played with attacking intent, enjoyed spells of momentum and showed plenty of fight. What they lacked, though, was accuracy in the final third. Motherwell were shaky in patches of the second half but Liam Kelly, who has not lived up to his billing this season, looked more like the goalkeeper who earned a Scotland cap. f**k knows what the chap from the BBC was watching. Highly entertaining? When both sets of supporters concede it was shite, this suggests that this fella wasn’t even there.

I fucking thought this at the game but nobody else seemed to be saying anything and I just assumed that my judgement was clouded by how much Kelly annoys me.

I hope Davor plays on Saturday. He was howling last night, but everyone has a shocker sometimes. Spittal doesn’t half get right on his case sometimes. I very much enjoyed SOD misplacing a pass in the second half and the folk round me absolutely losing their shit despite the fact he had just laid on the equaliser. Also, my haggis pie was magic.
