Simpson was a tough midfielder who also had good skill. That tackle actually blighted two careers as I don’t think he ever played as well afterwards either. Durant despite being a dick was developing into one of Scotland’s best ever midfielders and Simpson could well have been playing alongside him.
The Edinburgh clubs recent behaviour only lets the old firm fans off the hook. Now they can say the East coast clubs are just as bad.
Well done to Budge!
Stop the players giving statements to the press. Yesterday’s stated that winning the league is on starting with three points tomorrow. Every effing time. Luckily Ayr and RC decided to also feck up this weekend.
Should be looking to get a good number of points from this run. Bonus Celtic game postponed.
Hamilton. Should win.
Killie. Mmmm?
Hearts. Injuries and a loss of confidence for them since we last played them
Aberdeen. Have won up there against better Aberdeen teams than this.
Motherwell. Should win.
Rangers. Not the same force away from home!
Now that the transfer window has closed and the first few games are under our belts has anyone changed their predictions?
I personally now think that the Jambos will be better and may push Sevco for second place well behind Celtic. Dons and Hibs down a bit fighting Killie, Saints (Perth) and Well for the remaining top six places. Think Hamilton and Livie will be ok and that leaves St M and Dundee fighting it out for bottom spot. This may change if Dundee punt their manager early enough.
1. The green half
2. The blue half.
3-5. Hibs, Hearts, Aberdeen.
6-8 St J, Well, Killie.
9. St M
10. Dee.
11.Hamilton. (Win play off).
12.Livie.
The teams in groups 3-5 and 6-8 could be in any order as they are so tight.
Ross C to come back up.
