I reckon most in the lower leagues could say that, yes. Most own their ground, most have a community fan base, and live within their means. Most league 2 clubs think they can be a league 1 club and possibly a championship club with the right conditions. I think most clubs in league 2 right now have flirted with promotion to the championship in the last 10-15 years. Given that east Stirling and Cowdenbeath have survived in the Lowland league, there's little doubt most current league 2 clubs could. Most clubs that have risen to league 2 also have had far superior facilities than BR also. So the means yours is a poor post littered with naive comments.

I'm mystified as to why folk are upset. Football fans have for decades given each other pelters when their team has scored. Players have celebrated in front of opposition supporters for the same length of time. It's part of what makes football at this level great. There's always fannies who get carried away, but it's not exactly new either. If folk don't want to move, that's their choice, but actions have consequences.

I'm not convinced we can catch both Dumbarton and East Fife.

Elgin and Forfar aren't safe. At all. Stranraer, Bonnyrigg and Clyde could all catch them. Dumbarton could easily be caught by East Fife if their form doesn't improve.

Unless Clyde were willing to pay for the stewarding, I can imagine how such a request would be treated.

There's the makings of a decent team. It's whether the tactical set up is holding them back or not thats the worry.
