The simple solution to the problem was to not invite foreign teams into a Scottish cup! The whole thing is a mess and the powers that be should be ashamed of themselves! Wish we were papped out away from this sideshow event! Big changes needed next season that's for sure!

According to a Bohemians supporter on cup thread his club informed the authorities on their situation and they would work around it! No way will we travel to Dublin midweek with a part time squad so there's only 2 options left, the tie is brought forward and played midweek inbetween a very important schedule for our assault on league one or Bohemians forfeit the tie due to being unable to play on dates that were set many moons ago! Dig the heels in and I fancy Edinburgh City away on the Semis! Make it happen but somehow I think we'll agree to playing at Bayview earlier as there's some cash to be made. Shambles of a tourney imo

That wouldn't surprise me mate. I've planned for 17/18 Nov all the same, that's the dates released and the powers that be will know that supporters will have to book travel and digs, no doubt they will give us plenty of time to do so before fucking us up and changing the date, our authorities are good at that and supporters are never thought off! Worst case scenario I will have a weekend on the piss in Dublin to look forward to.

All for Highland, Lowland and top junior clubs to be invited in! Quite like the idea of Kelty Hearts and Lithgae Rose joining in tbh, better than current format anyway

F**k even giving us home advantage and playing the tie earlier in midweek just to suit they cants, not our problem their club can't honour the dates that surely would have been known before a ball had been kicked! I hope we dig our heels in and insist on playing the tie on dates that have been set and if Bohemians don't like it or can't get a team then that's tough titties! Last thing we need is an extra midweek game in a sideshow event at a vital part of our season. Please just get the colt teams and non Scottish teams to f**k next season and invite some junior teams in to replace them ffs. What a shambles and once again the supporters are clearly last on the agenda

As far as I'm concerned the tie is set for the wkend 17/18th Nov, if Bohemians can't play that date we will/should receive a bye to Semi Finals. All clubs should have known the dates and if they can't play should the Scottish clubs bend over backwards for them? It's not like the non Scottish teams got a bye in the 1st round either is it? Fook me this cluster f**k of a tourney just gets better and better!
