I'm not sure on this. I suspect the two formations will be the 5 3 2 and the other will be 442. I could see us signing people who can play as wingers for games where we need width to break teams down that don't intend on attacking.
Has anyone else tried the new website on a desktop? Its not great on a big screen. I could read what was on my screen from the other side of the room. I went to the players page and having a 24 inch monitor filled with 3 players mug shots was verging on a horror movie in some cases.
What was his reasoning behind taiwo out of curiosity?
If we assume 6 players are coming in, we can already assume 4 of them are a GK, CH, CM, and striker. Presumably a right back would be one of the others and probably another midfielder?
can't imagine we will bring both back.... if we're looking for an experienced striker as well as what we have in lewis, loy, sheps, o'hara, that would give us 7 strikers
Got the new season ticket pack through the door today, no mention of the pay up option for those that want it. I thought credit card surcharges and fee's were now illegal but its still mentioned on the form...
I didn't mean that most of them will be challenging, but they will all be able to take points on their day and those kind of points will decide who is likely to win the league (us ofcourse *crosses fingers and toes*
I'm not sure how much weaker the league will be next season... St Mirren aren't amazing, I'd not say they are any better than ross county. If a play off team goes up partick are going to be probably as good too. Ayr are considerably better than brechin. and Raith would be stronger than dumbarton.
I'd assume that anyone who has signed a pre-contract won't be on the list as they are moving clubs at the end of their contract. Presumably if we have any of these we're waiting on their new clubs announcing the signing?
I'll probably get slated for this, but I thought Welsh had a much better game today and didn't look to be blowing out his ass after 30 minutes. I'd be curious what he could do if properly fit, seemed to be much more physical today than I've seen him.
