    Aye.

Here's a list of our erm..."shorter term" managers - obviously Brown fucked off to Aberdeen and Hay won us promotion but it places Kettlewell in a bit of a weird place since he's currently P 36 with a win % of 41.67:

    Steven Hammell: P 28 win % = 25%
    Ian Baraclough: P 34 win % = 35.3%
    Craig Brown: P 44 win % = 47.73%
    Jim Gannon: P 25 win % = 28%
    Maurice Malpas: P 44 win % = 31.8%
    Eric Black: P 27 win % = 25.9%
    Harri Kampman: P 22 win % = 27.27%

    You're then going to the likes of Bobby Watson (P 36 W%: 11.11%), Jock Wallace (P 44 W%: 31.82), Davie Hay (P 40 W%: 65%) and Roger Hynd (P 36 W% 13.89) who were before my time as were .

This is for mentioning Davie Hay

Not sure Bolton has shown he has the energy and stamina to fill in at RWB and the manager manifestly favours 3 at the back with wingbacks supplying crosses.

McMenemin at RWB is probably the only option we can use if he is getting a game.

I’m sure Bolton is not a Tanser or Strain replacement but if he gets the ball, pass to Connor to whip it in the middle, job done.

  3. Stolen from the BBC

    • St Mirren remain unbeaten in 11 league meetings with Livingston (W5 D6) since a 1-2 defeat in February 2020.

    • Since winning their first ever top-flight visit to St Mirren 2-0 in August 2018, Livingston have failed to win their last eight Scottish Premiership trips to Paisley (D4 L4).

    • St Mirren have lost three of their last five league games (W1 D1), more than their previous 11 beforehand (W4 D5 L2).

    • Livingston have lost each of their last five league games; not since a run of 13 from December 2005 to April 2006 have they lost more in a row in the top-flight.

    • Only Celtic (18) and Rangers (12) have scored more home goals than St Mirren this season (11), with the Buddies averaging 1.8 home goals per game this term.

  4. Buddies return to Paisley, good opportunity to return to winning ways after a bump in the road.
If I remember correctly it was Livi who first brought a drum to Scottish football cos i remember thinking I wish they would give it a rest, now it’s a great atmosphere, would love to have had a drum off

I’d love to see James Bolton in the starting line up to freshen the defence

Saints to win 3-1, McGarry, Lavety and Yardley for saints.

Yet another example of their scummy behaviour.  Pig Watch posters up within the concourse at Parkhead yet up until now no action taken by the board?

The police should refuse to provide any officers for any home game at parkhead.

Then they win, that’s what they’re trying to achieve as they feel they are above the law then blame PS when a Hillsborough tragedy happens when they allow their friends entry without a ticket.

Conversely you will seldom have a better chance - wounded animals often have mobility issues and last night tended to support that.

If Saints score first Rangers will have to come at them, and that could create further opportunities, never mind a growling away support on their backs.

Play your normal game and you may be pleasantly surprised.

    Were you around in 2009?

There clearly are errors by referees in games, in any country, that are human error. I firmly believe that there are referees (and indeed VAR officials) in this particular country, who officiate two particular clubs, how shall I put it… differently.

The Mandron goal being chalked off for a ‘foul’ when the Hearts player just fell over…. Versus the Sevco goal being allowed to stand at Sevco Park against Livingston. Honest mistakes my fcuking arse.

Thank you. Fcuking right we should put pressure on Walsh ahead of Sunday. Won’t make things any worse for us.

More human errors in your post mate, you running the line on Sunday 😀

I see Nick Walsh is Sunday's ref. Remember he chopped off 3 goals against Hearts.

That’ll take the heat off Raes return to Paisley, it just goes to show they don’t really have a grasp on their mistakes or public opinion, he made a mistake in both the Hearts game and the Livingston one yet he’s in charge so soon, he should have been dropped to the juniors. They better muffle the cameras on the west stand in advance.

On the plus side he owes us one

I love that Scottish VAR is somehow being presented as some infallible 'Minority Report' style interactive, all-seeing, cutting edge technology suite that sees all instead of the half-arsed, gammy two-bit set up being overseen by a team of dribbling fucking imbeciles that it actually is.

    Fair play!

They’re in the back of a van at the back of the west stand.
It’s the total incompetence and seeming delight at chopping goals off/ sending players off or making terrible choices that gets me.

Have to credit the two lads on the Hearts commentary yesterday. (Couldn't get the Saints one) Definitely the best away guys I have heard for a long long time. Unbiased and good analysis throughout. Called it as it happened very well. Five Stars from me.

P.S. Some of the stuff picked up from the nutters near the TV microphones is beyond cringeworthy, utterly embarassing IMO.

We are obviously famous for our Booooooing, it's become a thing for all the other Clubs but, regarding above, act your age.

There’s a guy with a fog horn for a mouth sits in front of the commentary platform and has no brain or filter, it comes across in every media platform and looks bad for the rest of us.
