Your not wrong Stranger was brought in for Frankie going to the AFCON and has done nothing wrong to be dropped for, I would love to see him play Stranger and Frankie I don't think it's a coincidence that we played our best football with Kirk and Frankie last season as the CB's

Was he really though Pendlebury is a 8 or 10 at a push he's never a number 6 and that what Frankie was asked to play, he's a decent ball playing center half who is also an established international player, I'm not saying I agree with Bullen playing Frankie over him but I can see the logic.

Maybe we are all reading to much into this, maybe the boy was just home sick and at 20 years old knew himself he was not mature or ready to leave home, not everyone is a Alex Kirk who embraced that opportunity to get out and get some life experience, at least he's gone now and not in 7 days time when we would be stuck with him a not be able to bring in a replacement, not everything needs to be about Bullen and his management style.

Maybe we need to sign him, Bullen wants a nasty b*****d and Punk likes to start a few fights backstage apparently.

Not going to lie, wanted some one with championship experience who had played some mens football, hes a Albanian under 21 international so must have something about him but we are desperately needing some experience in that midfield.

Can say he was played out if position all he wants but that's some shocking stats for an attacker, good luck to him seems a cracking lad but just not up to the standard.

There is no doubt he needs a experience coach/assistant it's easy to forget that just because he's in his 50s this is his first gig as a manager if he was 37 at the end of his playing career no way would he not have an assistant.

If Ashford is away good luck to him, he probably peaked in the 4 nil win at raith about 18 months ago, nice guy who served a purpose but if we want to progress he's just not good enough.

Your right he's based in Glasgow so travel is not that bad, he's made his money in the game so I doubt wages would be massive and he's likely knows McGeady and think of how much Smith, Pendlebury and Dempsey would learn just training with him, we coukd be putting 2 + 2 and coming up with 5 though

Hopefully Paddy continues his current form I don't think it's any coincidence that he's not having to do both the attacking and defensive work on the left since we have upgraded the wingers he can concentrateon the defensive part of the game. Let's just hope we can pull an experienced CDM out of the hat because both Smith and Pendlebury are really young and are going to need that experienced head to help them out.

We have never really replaced Mark Kerr, granted that kind of player does not grow on trees, but if we had a midfielder that just controls that middle of the park and does the simple things would make so much difference.
