    I'm sure that all the ex-pros, pundits etc are able to accept that occasionally one of the OF can have an off-day and when the stars all align for a wee diddy team that means they can string a few passes together and scrape a shock win with a massive slice of luck along with disgraceful game spoiling tactics. But for both teams to get beat in the same weekend simply proves that the whole system is stacked against them and nothing short of a complete root and stem change of our game is required to ensure this never happens again.

    Just seen the highlights , genuinely can't understand why anyone would even have that as a footnote in the game . Loose ball Casey plays a pass through the ball , mcausland lunges for it but is miles off. Nothing to see here.

    Only caught a dodgy stream of this but from what I could see there was absolutely no chance that was a penalty. Someone please tell me I'm wrong and that it was a clear and obvious error overturned correctly by VAR ?

    In 30+ years this is definitely the least enthusiastic I've felt for the start of a season. I never even realised untill yesterday that today was the first race, not even seen 1 single second of preseason build up! Is it just an age thing now or has a decade or so of gradual erosion of the sport as I knew it finally worn me down and pushed me away to make way for the new generation of casual DTS/twitter fans? For anyone who has been keeping tabs on pre season developments, is there anything I should look out for this season besides a long drawn out procession to the title from Max ?

    After a week of nightshifts I've been struggling to remember it's Friday all day today , then I see qualifying results on here and my F1 app says the race is tomorrow , wtf ?!

    Can't wait till Ketts gets Gent and Vale on in the 79th minute so we can actually start getting into this.

    As long as they're not absolutely gubbed then at least Gent and Vale on the bench puts us in the unusual position of being able to actually strengthen the team from the bench.

    First time I ever heard of of this was the Mrs saying we have to get her niece a wee Easter present the first year we were together. Never heard an egg being called a present before but there you go. Turns out it was an actual present. 14 years later and it still catches me out every year.

    I'll take your word on pth but yeah I'm sure I came in half way thru as I lay dying . I was right at the front but too far to the right to partake in the physical stuff but a belter of a gig nonetheless. Was at Carling academy a year or so later where they filmed the video for heart bursts into fire ( can see me in the video if u pause at the right bit and squint up at the balcony, honest). Happy days.

    Aw man how can the poison be 20 years old ! Had it on in the car recently and still one of the best sounding albums about. I can still remember sitting in King Street car park just after buying it and being absolutely blown away listening to the intro for the first time, proper hairs raised on arm moment. BFMV at the Barras on their original tour for it is still one of my favourite gigs ever . Aye the Mrs keeps telling me my ears are done when I complain that I can hear a high pitched noise that noone else can , then I track it down and find it's coming from some electrical device in the room . Genuinely just have a hearing range of someone 20 years younger than me despite absolutely abusing my ears since my teens!
