We should play a 343, Cerny in goals(obviously), back 3 of Keown, Devine and Turnbull, Nitriansky and Elliott as wing backs, Bannigan and Edwards in the middle of the park as Osman is clearly not fit then a front 3 of Spittal(if fit), Erskine and Lawless with Erskine as a false 9 type player(it works for Liverpool!) ) (if Spittal isn't fit Elliott should play right wing and Booth play left wing back)

We should play Barton in a back 3 with Turnbull and Keown then have a midfield of Elliott and Booth as wing backs then Bannigan and Osman in the middle of the park.

How can you be so pessimistic, it's only the first game if we had had some more players fit like Turnbull, Spittal, Dumbuya etc. then we would have got a much better result and if Archie plays the right set up then this season we'll be at least 7th, a back 4 just doesn't work with the defenders we have as our full backs are usually very high up the pitch and we lose a lot of goals from this flaw in the system. IMO if we played a 3 at the back it would allow Booth and Elliott to bomb up the pitch as usual without putting too much pressure on the defence as they will have an extra man to deal with any counter attacks. My Shearer type analysis!

Caixinha was at the game today seen him walking back to his car while I was sitting waiting for late c**ts to the supporters bus, if he was looking at players he can f**king have Booth on a free.

Centre mid? We've already got Osman,Barton,Bannigan,Edwards,McCarthy and hopefully Fraser and we usually only play 2 centre mids. We need another attacking midfielder and striker but we don't need anymore centre mids. Edit: Also that article was written before we signed Nitriansky
