The boy who also played for cambuslang I'm absolutely sure he played against us last game at Glencairn

You would but I don'tI would regard Clydebank and Arthurlie as "one of the big clubs in the junior game".
Clydebank possibly but Arthurlie no
They may have a rich tradition but they have not produced on the field in recent years and that's why they are in the championship with us .

I have not see enough of him to make a call tbh .
Last season I thought Forsyth at whitletts ,kasim at Kilsyth and the boy from Glencairn played far better when I saw them against the Candy but the boys goal record speaks for itself so he might be what Rossvale need to stay0 -
I stand corrected I thought he had played for one of the big clubs in the junior gameNo, he's never played for Pollok as far as I'm aware.
Perthshire, Glencairn and Arthurlie in the junior ranks.0 -
Has he not already played at a decent level ie Pollok so I would imagine he must be getting a decent wage as he would have had a pick of a few teams but maybe he just wants to play for them as there gaffer is highly ratedRossvale don't pay big money. Not in relative terms anyway.
Del is an ambitious guy probably fancies getting himself a further move if he does well there.0 -
Cheers m8 see you on the 17th [emoji106]Look forward to it mate, best o luck this season.1 -

New pitch should be well knitted by then DL probably an advantage now to teams who get the baw down and play as the old pitch was definitely a great leveller .Yea looking forward to it and wouldn’t expect u to say anything else and if u do I will shake ur hand and see u at Darvel , simple as that0 -
Cheers DL [emoji106]Best of luck to the rochs in their centenary year

Pre Season fixture venue change .
Due to extensive ongoing work on the pitch at JMP Saturday's ( 6th July ) friendly against Shettleston has been moved to Huntershill with a 2 pm kick off .
Entry to the match is Free .0 -
That's a big loss then Glens and that's a huge coup for them can't imagine he is getting paid in tea cakes and Caramel wafersArthurlie have lost striker Del McNab who scored 25 goals for them last season. He has signed for Rossvale.0 -
Tbf you had a good side last season so maybe you only need to add s couple of new SigningsI see nobody is predicting top 3 or bottom 3 for Arthurlie. To be fair that will do for me. The lack of transfer activity up Barrhead way is getting comical. As i understand it, we have signed a keeper, a centre back on a free and a boy from under 21s. Not showing much ambition if you ask me. Season of struggle ahead for the long suffering Dunterlie faithful?
Did anyone of your first team move satori ?0 -
Superb lot ah folk eating humble pie tonight DL

Good luck for the new season.1 -
Read that myself looks like they jumped the gun on that signing tbh don't know anything but the lad but neither did the Gow manager lolWas in the local paper that Coogans had signed for The Gow. Take it he changed his mind.1 -
Lol that's true shame tho cracking away day Girvan probably my favourite last seasonCan't see Girvan going down either, as they're not even in the league, as PatnaDunty well knows.1 -
Can't see either the Roch or Cumbernauld going up nor Shotts going down but stranger things have happened and one thing is for sure I think with the exception of Darvel being runaway winners lots of games are gonna be close and highly contested .Top 3
Cumbernauld
Darvel
St.Rochs
Loads a folk tipping is to go doon. Hopefully prove them wrong.
Down
Girvan
Dalry
Shotts0 -
Top 3
Darvel
Renfrew
Petershill0 -

Is his brother the manager noo [emoji39]Aye he was captain im sure but heard he had retired as legs had gone. We played wishaw a few times last year and he still had that turn of pace so his brother must still fancy him to do a job0 -

Oh well Ben is a Rossvale fan so not overly disappointed lol [emoji106]Sorry to let you down but Ben says they have not signed yet and it was a prank by a pal
Kev said he is taking time out off football for a while
