so all the things I've read on a certain football club fans website slating him since the day he joined the club are all made up....seen with my own eyes on numerous occasions the things been said about him...like get out our club ya tarrier b.....................after we beat them 1-0 at newlandsfield a few years back...a game our own manager was abused and our goalkeeper also from large parts of the crowd.....you have a nasty element and it aint just a few.....

Should have been kicked into touch much earlier if some had their way..Truth Was he was never accepted by vast majority of the support ...think I'm correct in saying that

Played Junior with Meadow,Camby and Thorniewood, all short spells ...played senior with Partick Thistle and was coaching there in some capacity....

Half way there and unbeaten in league action...14 played ,won 10, draws 4...9 of the games away from home....happy with that....

There where a few faces, ex managers and coaches at the game possibly looking at the job...

The interim was not there yesterday,was told one of the coaches has stepped in to take the job again as interim...

Shettleston 4 Maryhill Juniors 1 Only one team in it today and very disappointed we didn't win by more... A missed pen by Steffan Graham on the half hour was rectified 2 mins later when he finished off in style with a stunning finish low into the far corner....getting the last laugh after being goaded after missing the spot kick... A second half double from Sami ,one a pen and a final goal from Danny Irvine heading in at far post rapped it up for the Town....... A consolation goal 2 mins before time from the spot got Maryhill on the score sheet.......never seen the incident but Maryhill player involved admitted it wasn't a penalty.... Up next a trip to Gasworks.....Larkhall getting a good result today sets it up for another big test.........

Ardrossan Winton Rovers v Girvan....homeside to edge it.... East Kilbride Thistle v Carluke Rovers....scoring draw... Glasgow Perthshire v Port Glasgow....narrow away win... Kello Rovers v Lesmahagow...doubt if it will be on with weather down there...Two teams who I have been most impressed with in this league....Kello a better team than their league position suggests and the Gow prob the toughest test we have had this season,narrowly beating them 1-0 at Greenfield. Larkhall Thistle v Lanark Utd ...how will Lanark respond after last weekends result against Maryhill is the big question....Will not find it easy at Gasworks...home win just Maryhill v Greenock...away win... Royal Albert v Bellshill Athletic....Would have to say away win...Albert got some good young players but just lacking that bit more to get them going... Shettleston 6 Royal Albert 0 Tommy Lone who got the ball rolling with the first goal was untouchable today .....We have lacked a creative no10 since Brian McEwan hung up his boots a few years back and this lad just gets better... six different scorers today was pleasing to see as was another clean sheet.... couple a good young attacking players at Albert ,got good pace but conditions underfoot didn't help.... With our physio absent the visitors one kindly stepped in for our team also ....a nice gesture and much appreciated

Shettleston 2 East Kilbride Thistle 0 Big game for us next weekend at home to Ardrossan....a big test to keep our unbeaten run intact Good to win and get 3pts today but the clean sheet is a big bonus...defensively we where solid....

Cant comment about yesterday as I didnt arrive until 1pm....shortly after the Shettleston Manager who had just arrived before me ,so your comment about him not wanting to speak is way off..... On the first meeting the referee was contacted as he is always a day or two before the match,like any other visit to keppoch we always play in all white,as our away kit is all black... the referee agreed again all white. but my understanding is your new kit has an all white back with the number and this was a concern for the ref on matchday....simple mistake ,but by who and as for kello the keeper opted to play in red training top as the kit you supplied,a good gesture I may add ....was like a nightgown on him

All down to 9th place with only 4 pts the difference it looks like a a very competitive season is on the cards....
