You can see May's link up play and general game intelligence has improved so much in his spell down south, but maybe hes the kind of player that needs to feel loved and be the main guy. Chris kane looked great with his link up/hold up play and movement towards the end of this season, may and kane could be absolutely dynamite

I know it all looks a little staged, but even in his initial interviews Tanser did say how happy he was to be in a top division and saw it as a step etc, I really like him and hope he goes on to sign a new contract. If we persist with the 3 at the back , it could work nicely with brian easton as the left centre back, joe in the middle and kerr on the right. anything to put an end to ando thinking he can play a quarter back role, and a weird insistence on using his left foot even when under no pressure and plenty of time to take a touch onto his right.

I wouldnt really blame them, I left Stirling at 1 o clock for the game and only managed to get to the ground at 15:05, there were 2 accidents and then a bus broke down on a roundabout in dunblane where the diversions were sending the traffic that brought everything to a standstill for half an hour,

I Think I've made this point before but it will take years before seeing any genuine results from investing in a youth set up , in recent years it will just be the same youth players we already had in the system who will suffer from a lack of coaching while growing up. a completely different level but the point stands, Germany revamped everything after Euro 2000, Spain changed their attitudes to youth coaching in the 90's and it took 10+ years to notice a serious difference but look at them now. Am I not right in thinking that our under 17's squad got a lot of praise and did well last season ? Scraping the system now, when we are close to the timescale we would start to see a major difference would be crazy .

Something that's getting overlooked here is the absolute passive closing down from Liam Craig and foster , they do enough to be sort of close , but then just backtrack/do a half hearted jump to block a cross / throw a lazy leg as an attempted " tackle " and it allows the opposition a lot of crosses and runs up the pitch . I've only seen Comrie in that game against Hamilton , but how far are we from him or Watson appearing on a game , even just to give foster a boot up the arse . And if he can stop trying to score own goals from his corner of the pitch , and cutting back in tom hit the first defender with a left footed cross that would be appreciated also .
