Thought McGinn was very good first half but a bit quiet in second mainly because of all the defending we were doing after Squiddy went off. The Dundee fans said that he was great going forward but a bit weak in defending so maybe we'll see that attacking influence in games where we have the ball more.

Was surprised that Lawless didn't take a penalty considering he scored two against Dunfermline.

I thought Spittal did pretty well. Actually tried to make incisive runs and beat his man. Did plenty of running especially when asked to play in an unfamiliar wing back role. At the end of the day, he's essentially replaced Amoo in the squad and did just about as much in 90 minutes as Amoo did in the second half of last season.
