  1. Or, eight draws from our last eight games. Theoretically, we could win this league without winning another game, crazy. It wouldn't be pretty and it wouldn't be good for the old ticker though.
  2. nice wee meg through that time wasting cnut Currie's legs. Sweet.
  3. What sort of attendance do you think that you will get for this game? #crowdwank crowdwank©
  4. McGlynn singing Oliver's praises here - does anybody else think that it sounds like he is going to be offered a deal? And apparently over 2,000 Bairns at the game today so maybe beaten our 2,008 at NDP.
  5. I've no dog in this fight but surely every customer is entitled to a good view of the entertainment that they have paid for?
  6. That seems so counter-productive when all clubs are desperate for money. 2.00pm would have been a much more sensible cut of point IMO. No idea how sales for the south terrace are going but it would be a bit of a riddy if we were pushing for that terrace to be opened up and there was only about 50 Bairns there. An extra hour of ticket sales could make all the difference.
  7. Thanks mate, gotcha Back to the drawing board!
  8. With regards to an increase in the season ticket price and FSS membership, I always think that fans should have to opt out rather than opt in. A joint form sent out to all season ticket holders that would hopefully encourage them to sign up to the FSS and/or pay an increase in their ticket book price. If you don't want to pay the increase in your season ticket price, please place a tick in the box If you don't want your bank account to be automatically debited 10 pounds per month for FSS membership, please place a tick in the box Sign at the bottom. Job Done.
  9. If you listen to the background audio at about the 7.09 mark you'll hear the announcer giving the crowd numbers.
  10. I haven't heard any numbers for the others but the announcer at NDP said our attendance there was 2,008. I think @bridge of allan bairn believes our attendance at Forrthbank was more than that? Edit: Nah, I think I'm mistaken re: the attendance at Stirling, sorry.
  11. Brilliant to see. He loves the club and his teammates, give him an extension!
  12. Not at all. Our silky superstars prefer shorter grass to allow them to showcase their immense talents and their quick, slick passing moves. 2-0 to the Bairns. Wenger: "[Grass length] can look a ridiculous subject but it is a very important one because the speed of the game is linked with the length of the grass... Some managers give orders sometimes to not cut the grass... We have to be above that and it's quite sad that we have to regulate it."
  13. Nah, we need to go for the win. Every time that we drop points gives Hamilton hope and they might build up a head of steam and then who knows?
  14. ABC - Anybody But Cove and that greasy wee turd Hartley.
  15. I think both our goalies are useless but maybe, just maybe, if one or other of them was to be given an extended run in goals, even if they commit a clanger, they would improve and perhaps grow in confidence? Practice makes perfect, so they say.
  16. Not a fan of Hogarth but would imagine he will be pissed off at being dropped after his MOTM performance last week. Made 3 or 4 crucial saves. .
  17. QOTS under Bartley - goal celebration music?
  18. I'm a bit late to the party but if you look at football stadia in the SPFL there are only 5 that are symmetrical; Snake Mountain, Tynecastle, St Mirren Park, McDiarmid Park and The Excelsior Stadium (Forthbank with 2 open ends doesn't count). All the rest have some quirk or another to make them a bit distinctive which I think is a good thing. I would be delighted with something like this opposite the main stand, the Ultras could make it their own.
