  1. In the recent past I've always advocated for keeping the Navy Blue Pound in Falkirk to help support the club etc. so I am probably being a bit of a hypocrite here in that for this game I agree with you. One last huge backing away from home could help to get us that point to keep our unbeaten run going. In all the pre and post match interviews the manager and players always say how much the fans' support means to them.
  2. Good point re: Burrell. I do think, however, that somebody should tell Callumn Morrison that he isn't a striker because he seems to be under the impression that he is.
  3. John McGlynn and Callumn Morrison deservedly picking up the Manager of The Month and Player of The Month awards respectively. When it comes to naming the team of the season they are going to have a hard job a) justifying to the rest of League One fans why it 90% consists of Falkirk players. OR b) they are going to have an even harder job justifying to Falkirk fans why it DOESN"T 90% consist of Falkirk players. Alfie Bavidge on loan at Kelty seems a player but who does he displace from the Falkirk side? That boy Tait at Hamilton is anoth . . . . . . . . Oops! Who from the other League One sides would you have in the team of the season? (apart from keepers).
  4. I'm Falkirk 'til I die, I'm Falkirk 'til I die, I know I am, I'm sure I am, I'm Falkirk 'til I die.
  5. The mutants games last season, I would think?
  6. Aye, I think so. At 3.53 poor Finn gets a headbutt and his foot stamped by an unsuspecting Dylan Tait.
  7. I watched the game on Falkirk TV and knew that Tait's goal was a belter but I didn't appreciate just how good it was until I saw it from behind the goals, what a beauty. To echo everybody else, it would be brilliant if we could get him signed up for next season, either permanently or a loan.
  8. I'm not trying to be funny (for once), I promise you, but do you think that maybe Bartley suffers from a narcissistic personality disorder, a la Donald Trump? He never seems to accept responsibility for his failings, it is always somebody else's fault etc. etc.
  9. The Balloon Door? WTF! Did yer maw type that for you?
  10. One of our toughest games of the season up next, the Accies away, they have the best squad in this league by far and they are up there with Annan as our most difficult opponents. To date, we have only taken 7 points out of 9 off the both of them, our lowest return against all the teams in League One. They have to be feared and respected. 2 - 1 Falkirk, Nicky Hogarth hat-trick.
  11. I'm still checking the scores today. I'm hoping that Kelty and Annan win to take relegation pressure off them both so that they are not trying like bears when we play them.
  12. Just their way of saying "thank you" for the extra 40 grand in their bank account.
  13. I've said previously that I didn't care if we lost every game after we had cliched promotion but I've changed my mind, I would now love to see us go through the whole season undefeated. 15. No harm intended but I've deleted my post. Maybe delete your post too as it is still showing the link?
  16. I think that to guarantee your seat in the KM7 stand next season that it will be 100% ST holders, no PATG at all.
  17. Why would you think this? There is a frisson about the place at the moment what with the promotion, the exciting brand of football on offer and the welcome addition of the ultras. Personally, if we get off to a good start in the championship, I can't see us having any less than 5,000 home fans each week.
