Watching the highlights I think the 1st red is a tough call, I’ve watched it a few times and can’t decide if it’s a defo red or not. The 2nd one the big man seems to approach the ref calmly and didn’t have enough time to rant in the refs face before the cards came out. Seems a strange red to say the least

I think the main reason for the squad leaving was due to Sinky leaving. They were obviously loyal to Sinky and didn’t want to stay at the club without him, which is there choice. Larkhall aren’t the first club where squads have had to be rebuilt but how the club recover and deal with this is the most important thing. An earlier post mentioned the club folding/ending, that’s just crazy talk. The club may well go down the leagues but there will still be a club

When the new management where appointed they must’ve been given false promises or gave false promises, a full new squad was required and filling it with under 19’s in this league was only going to lead to one thing! It’ll be a long and hard season for those young boys and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them totally lost heart and went back to playing under 21/19’s to enjoy there football again

I know the gow where offering some generous deals to players and went on a very big recruitment drive whether this is the team that’s been referred to I’m not sure and I’d doubt it’d be as much as 5 figures

Just had a look at Wednesdays fixtures in this league, it seems a bit crazy sending Ayrshire teams up this way and vice versa so early in the season.

The junior players being signed aren’t top end juniors and some are being signed from the equivalent of SPFL league 1 but they may well have a point to prove and will be out to grab there chance Brogan’s style is very direct and this has been effective within the juniors

Giving that wishaw have had quite a few games cancelled will the heavy rain that’s hitting north Lanarkshire affect the chances of the game being on?
