I can see this happening too, but at least we're there for the fans. Out of all the tournaments this decade, Germany 24 would've been my top pick to qualify for.
I think with potentially 6 (or even 7!) subs per game now, having a squad of only 20 outfield players is probably too small for a tournament where you might be playing 7 times.
Will be a real benefit to larger nations in the later stages so shouldn't really disadvantage Scotland.
Selfishly it might be good for us if Germany can refresh their team with strength in depth for the games against Hungary and Switzerland.
According to this report increasing squad sizes to 26 is being discussed by UEFA tomorrow...

Agreed, remember some great midweek replays in the past, but from a (albeit Scottish) paying punter's perspective, going to a cup tie it's preferable to see it settled that day.
Yep, I remembered the rule from a "You Are The Ref" question.
Two yellows still equal a suspension though...

Saw them headlining Electric Fields at Drumlanrig a few years back. We'd gone primarily to see some other acts on the bill, but Charlatans absolutely blew me away. Definitely one of the best live bands I've seen
