  1. The biggest flat track bullies walking God’s Green Earth.
  2. I guess that was just my perspective as a person aged 13-30 without a family to take along, to be fair.
  3. Sorry, just to be clear, I wasn't having a go at St Johnstone fans for their board not offering a like-for-like football for a fiver deal, and I know that quite a lot of St Johnstone fans are pushing the board for answers on it. And as @glenrothes 1884 saint correctly points out, St Johnstone have already got some good aspects to their ticket pricing with the family deals etc. It would be nice to generally see Scottish clubs work in pairs to work out how to reciprocate these things more often is all I meant.
  4. The only thing for me regarding tickets is that we have charged St Johnstone fans a fiver for Easter Road twice and have had nothing much in return.
  5. Horrible final game and winning the derby has only made me even more confident of a defeat.
  6. I understand that the SFA were planning to keep it at two games until they remembered the rancid “Brian Porteous” patter that the Sheep used to repeat ad nauseam and rightly doubled it.
  7. Strange because they were in such high spirits on their way in.
  8. They go through the whole song and dance before - SURPRISE! - they score two goals in quick succession from nothing.
  9. It was Butcher’s Hibs. Fenlon is a lovely man.
  10. People who think it’s crazy clearly are either not Hearts fans or Hearts-hating obsessives like HibsFan. If Hearts had suddenly lost five in a row from nowhere, off the back of great form with great performances, I’d be willing to bet that most fans would’ve stuck by him (there’s always going to be a minority who will never forgive him for 2016). However, Hearts were already in a completely false position before this run of five defeats. A combination of big budget players, long range screamers, the occasional baffling referee decision and an impressive home record against all but the Old Firm kept them clear of the dross below third place. Anyone who’s been half watching knew, even when they beat Hibs three zip at Easter Road at the end of January, that the results were vastly outshining the poor performances. This collapse has been surprisingly shite, sure, but the warning signs were there.
  11. We’ve gone through this before. If Gary Locke can win four derbies in a season, then a fucking traffic cone could. It means nothing.
  12. Levein’s protege meeting with a similar ending as Hearts manager. ZERO major trophies won. ZERO impact in Europe. Unfortunately the dodgy penalties and outrageous luck had to run out at some point. Bring on their third relegation in a decade, please!
  13. So fucking naïve. Where was Fletcher going there? Have they never watched a game of fucking football, the only thing Fish could’ve done there by committing was give away a penalty.
  14. Why’s that moronic? I much prefer a Hearts fan who admits how much them letting us win the cup in 2016 hurt them, than one who goes “aye but but 5-1!”.
  15. Genuinely, unless he’s on about the streaky away win against bottom-seed Riga - or the meaningless return win when they were out of Europe’s third rate completion after just four games - then what the f**k is he on about? A 5-0 against a side who’d stopped playing for Jim Goodwin and still somehow deserved to beat you that night too?
  16. I promise I’m not fishing for greenies here when I say I fucking love Paisley St Mirren.
  17. Looking back on last night, outwith a ten-minute period towards the end of the first half where they hit the bar and were right on top of the game, the most satisfying thing about last night was how in control Scotland were, and indeed we made the Spanish lose their fucking heads in the process. A total role reversal of what I’m used to watching when Scotland play the top seed in international qualifying.
  18. It is not just Hearts fans who need to apologise for the gaslighting that went on with Ryan Porteous whilst he was a Hibs player. A lot of fans in Scotland were wilfully misled by the Sportsound "Biscuits" and co brigade. But no need to dwell on it tonight; we've beaten Spain 2-0 and we're well in control of our destiny for Germany next summer. Bring it on! ETA, but if anyone fancies filling it in...
  19. It's a little bit scary how well we've played in these first ten minutes. This isn't just a hit and hope.
