Job is becoming impossible! Players want to play at highest level possible and I dont blame them. Similar my management team want to compete at best level possible too and we believe our club has everything to do that but time will tell

I'm fully focused on this season we are still in all east cups have a good shot at league and got to last 16 of the Scottish so we have loads to play for. But decisions have to be made ASAP

Personally I've made my feelings clear. The club have been told I wont be staying on if we stay juniors. It's not a secret I've made my feelings clear to everyone

Staying juniors will be criminal!!! That's my opinion and we will see what happens. With who are all leaving what's left would be pointless. I'm an ambitious guy and want to be the best I can be not go stale

My own personal opinion is I do wish we went now and hopefully something sorted for next season. No disrespect towards the ersjfa but with more talking of leaving the east juniors (speaking to other managers and its double figures) I cant see how it will work apart from back to joining up with north it's not something I'm wanting to do again personally

Being brutally honest after exodus it was harder to get boys to come play in league

Personally for me the clubs location imo is probably better suited west but EoS would be good. By speaking to other clubs who I wont name out of respect but there ain't going to be much left juniors in the east and what's left make my job impossible being brutally honest

For the club to survive it NEEDS to move and for me to attract players too

Add that to every other club jumping it's a no brainer for fauldhouse to move. This is my own opinion not the clubs but they know how strongly I feel about moving

Personally lost all faith in the juniors after fox gate presented with evidence they acknowledged the evidence but didn't want to go against a refs decision for me that spoke volumes.

As I said we are trying to get as much info as possible and see what ALL our options are

Having watched full highlights and looked at our red again it probably is a red.

Great work as usual mate. A hard watch but this we can use to improve as a team collectively players myself and my staff

Disappointed with yesterday but extremely proud of my players and club. All 4 goals are terrible from our point of view there is no getting away from that. But we were well in the game at 1-0 till the red card which in my opinion was very harsh especially after a similar challenge on our player in the first half resulting in the ref saying play on but yesterday is done with we must dust ourselves down and take the lessons from it and use it as motivation to crack on in the league and cups we are still competing for. Fans to the great support through from fauldhouse it was greatly appreciated and hopefully see them at park view getting behind the boys in the coming months and seasons ahead [emoji536][emoji1267]

Updated squad list

2 new additions to the squad in the last week firstly Jamie Hunter transfers over from rossvale. Hunter is a player I know well having been his team mate and a signing I'm delighted with he'll bring leadership and experience. Secondly young Greg Burns who comes from Rossvale U21's Greg has impressed in training last 2 weeks. Both go into squad for the Scottish last 16 tie on Saturday away to Pollok. A huge thank you to Rossvale for their assistance in getting these deals done a great club to deal with
