While doing that, save up and get deposit together. I obviously don’t know circumstances but consider it, have a look at the numbers and see where you go. Renting, I think, is shite (I’ve been doing it about 10 year now) but I prefer that to living to at home.

Can’t recall how I stumbled across it (probably Elis’ radio x podcast - not football related) but glad I did. Magic sponge is excellent. The last soccer fm podcast with Lee mair as guest was good as well. Not listened to the most recent one.

The Elis James one is really good, especially considering I’ve no more than a passing interest in welsh football
