I think we needed to look at other striking options in this get together, I would say 20 -22 of the squad no they are going to Euros .
We should have looked at others who could have pushed

Italia90, a unique material, thicker than the usual shirts
Some lovely wee touches. The tartan trim on the buttons panel.
Absolutely beautiful

Rachid Bellabed, arrived not long after Zerouali, Rachid loved nothing more than an overhead kick from the centre circle, and committing neck high challenges.
Others for us the aforementioned Zerouali, Dean Windass, Andy Dow

Not even a cult hero. Just a straight up hero for 'well fans of a certain vintage ie: many of the posters on our thread.
61 goals in 156 games. Part of of a team that finished league runners up and finished the top scorer in the league that season. Played at a World Cup while on our books.
Some boi.
The only player to be top premier division scorer for 3 different clubs I believe

I remember Tommy Coyne coming down here and glad he got playing again. Would loved to have seen more of Sturrock and Dodds and McGhee and Black; we only got brief highlights of their exploits.
McDougall and Black were a partnership that was only together for an all too brief period, they both say that the other was Thier favourite partner.

Tommy Coyne and Keith Wright at dundee during the mid-late 80's was an outstanding partnership...Wright just seemed to know where Coyne was and Coyne just knew where to be = a shit load of goals.
From 86-87 until 88-89 Coyne and Wright scored 83 league goals between them

Given the way the papers are covering this, I can't help thinking that if the Queen had died yesterday, the news would have been on page 2.
Exactly he was only a DJ and top of the pops presenter.
Don't recall them being so sycophantic when that fellow DJ and top of the pops presenter Jimmy Saville carked it.

We seemed to just happily play out the game from 2-0, rather than go for a glut of goals,
Rose, would have opened the scoring if not for Devlins goalline clearance,
Full credit to the number of fans they took.
Thought Duncan had some good passing when he came on, but would love to see him run at defenders,
Duk looked overweight,
Thank Christ for Miovski where we would not without him I don't dare imagine

The sheer hypocrisy of Kenny Miller questioning Neil Warnocks knowledge of the Scottish game,
Don't recall Paul Clements knowledge of the Scottish game being questioned,
Or Duncan Ferguson when he was appointed at ICT,

ZSo the SPFL asks an independent body to look at Thier business model and practices,
This paid for by the member clubs, yet the member clubs don't get to see it?
What annoys me is any time clubs criticise the SPFL , donkeycaster comes out and says he just spouts the usual speil he is mouthpiece for the clubs.
So the clubs can remove the board THEY appointed and replace it

We have that with Scott Kellacher, always seems to stay part of the coaching staff when the team gets worse every season.
