Tactical ineptitude reached a new low today. The manager and his “coaching” staff simply don’t have what’s required at this level. Why is nothing being done about this? Without change, we’re unlikely to win another game this season.

Poor team selection, awful tactics and eye bleeding football, yet again. 10 games left to salvage our season, otherwise years of hard work and progress at the club will come to a grinding halt. Change of manager has been required for a while and is now recognised as essential by the vast majority of our support. Let’s get it done now before the situation becomes irrecoverable.

The odd decent result (eg East Fife on 22 Dec) is simply papering over the cracks. Many other recent results and performances are wholly unacceptable. These include Elgin away, Stranraer away, Dumbarton away, Forfar at home and Clyde away today. The current management team has run its race and has taken us as far as their capabilities allow. We need to be looking forward and acting accordingly. Without this fundamental change, we’re going nowhere fast.
