  1. Price has a contract. But surely not winning the league, and the performances in games, makes his position untenable?
  2. You no got wounds to be licking after yesterday? If you don’t know why fans are discontented then you haven’t been paying attention. We have two away games against top 5 opposition in our run in, Price is yet to win a game against a top 5 rival, best he has mustered is a draw. (Lost 4 of 6) Buckie have been in poor form and unexpectedly (and uncharacteristically) dropping points, if that hadn’t happened we wouldn’t see them for dust.
  3. I never watched, were there critical comments by any chance?
  4. Not sure where the ‘why was lenny dropped’ stuff has come from. He was dropped because he made a succession of personal mistakes which cost us dearly, Fraserburgh for one example. Unfortunately it was Jamie’s turn to make an error yesterday which cost us dearly.
  5. Even a broken clock is right sometimes
  6. Before the inevitable comes, I don’t think Grady was getting anything from that match even if he started.
  7. Oh well, at this rate we won’t need to worry about the league requirements. Price hasn’t beat a top five team yet (we’ve still to play BoD)
  8. Be at the game?! Don’t be silly.
  9. Richardson was outstanding yesterday, the pace and physicality he showed will win us a game at some point I’m sure of it.
  10. The last couple of games looking at the team sheet I feel like it looks like we have an SPFL squad now, a good mix of young talents and a few with good experience in the SPFL.
  11. We have 15 league games to play in what 12 weeks? That’s without any more being postponed. I think bulking the squad up a little with quality players is a bloody good idea. The team looked absolutely done in at the end of last season when the games were coming thick and fast, so a bit more rotation can’t be a bad thing.
  12. Agreed. A mistake there is a lot less consequential than say, picking the ball up out side the box against a potential league rival. For example of course.
  13. So I said ages ago that he was away. I was told he had agreed a deal with a club we’ve played twice this season already, closer to where he lives. Sounds like they weren’t willing to pay a fee to actually get him though. Apologies for the false hope
  14. Aye I know that. Just joining the dots for those who wondered who the trialist was.
  15. Rothes have named Nathan Cooney on the bench for Brechin, where as Brechin have ‘Trialist’ on the team sheet.
  16. Where the CDH comment saying that the players which have left/gone on loan are now fantastic after panning them all season?
  17. Portion of humble pie for me, I had misremembered that they withdrew due to their pitch being declared not playable despite carrying out the recommendations of the ref, I was wrong. The registered player thing was their own incompetence too.
  18. Aye but you know it won’t. The way Fort were treated, especially in the playoff that they hadn’t a hope in hell of winning anyway, was shocking.
  19. He’s away mate, signed for another HL team.
  20. No no no, you said ‘it looked very waterlogged’ and ‘the new drainage system had failed’. That is all just made up lies. You don’t just get to try and deflect that away. Why did you make that up? You didn’t even speculate you said it LOOKED waterlogged…
  21. Hahahahah shows you how little you know you moron. While you’re right to say there should have been an Inspection earlier. The pitch was frozen, the goal mouths were as hard as concrete. The call off had nothing to do the pitch being boggy, and the drainage had worked fine. Once again you’ve made an assumption and gotten it far wrong. Irony is if a 3pm kickoff had been scheduled the players reckon the pitch had thawed enough by then, the rain came on about 2pm and they trained until about half 3 on the pitch.
  22. You really do have to admire the dedication to the bit from cdh
  23. Not to mention one of the keepers is on the Transfer list.
  24. Being a keeper is a tough gig, you’re right he has been pretty solid but has (consistently) made wee mistakes for Brechin, and that’s behind a defence which concedes some of (if not the) lowest number of chances. In a weaker team he would be facing more shots, who knows what would happen.
  25. He deserved to be dropped for the howler against the broch. Wasn’t even really under pressure, there was no excuse for that. And also, he may be transfer listed, but who will be buying him? Don’t mean that in a bad way like.
